Chipotle Mexican Grill, Melbourne FL

DO NOT EAT HERE: I ordered TOGO but ate in the restaurant with my 5 year old Granddaughter. When we were finished I placed all the trash etc in the TOGO Bag and left it on the table as the 5 year old was heading for the door. The server knocked in my car window with the bag if trash and said “ here you forgot your bag”. I said “it’s TRASH”. Then she said “ I’m not cleaning up after you and you can’t leave your trash on the table. Next time you come here, ”. At which point I raised my car window. The server then put the Bag of Trash in my Car hood and went back in.

The food was not fresh (lukewarm, dry appearance as if it has been out from yesterday) and the staff need to change their gloves when they switch pans before they start preparing a meal.

We just doordashed a salad from this chipotle and there is 2 pieces of chicken and literally no lettuce. The bowl is half full. Unbelievable.

I'll go to literally any other eating establishment before I walk into this cesspool of a "restaurant" and deal with that management team again

Ordered through door dash which is excellent BUT the chicken bowl was COLD with very little chicken.not worth the price. 32$ Never again.
The burrito was ok. Just ok

This chipotle is the best around because the food is always fresh! Also, the employees are always friendly and working hard, especially an employee named Kayla.

Daughter has celiac disease normally Chipotle is a very safe place for her to eat. However this one had all their ingredients mixed and they were unwilling to grab safe ingredients from the back. Normally this isn’t a problem at Chipotle.

It's this new food called chipotle? It's like taco bell but in a bowl. Love it! Never had it before! Super hip and Indy. Sure they will take off

I wish that I could give a positive review because Chipotle is really good food, but with this specific Chipotle, I just can't. I've ordered three different times from this Chipotle, and all three times my order has been wrong. They've either forgotten something, or gotten the order wrong. And if you go pick it up, it can take as long as 45 minutes.

How do you eat salad with a wooden spoon? No napkins or forks 2 weeks in a row.employees asking "HUH? " Because ears plugged with ear pods.the usual for this place unfortunately.

Looks like since they have new employees, store looks disgusting, and employees treat us poorly like for example (real example), one of the employees who was making my bowl gave us very low quantities and was throwing and yanking the food into the bowl, which then contaminated other good containers, and he also refused to give us fresh rice and he was scraping the containers, and last thing, the fresh vegetables they were grilling, they contaminated it with meat. Will give 1 star, was surprised how they changed, before these employees, then store was friendly, we know this is a tough time for businesses but still, the managers and employees were very friendly back then, we feel bad to give a 1 star rating.

I really don't know why I keep expecting better from here they have let me down so many times. Once the rice was so over seasoned I had to throw it out, and other times they are just out of stuff like every other time I go. I guess I'm just insane because I keep going back and expecting better.

I am absolutely annoyed with the service at this Chipotle location. I have given this location MULTIPLE chances but each time I come to this location, I am let down. There’s always a problem with the food I either ALWAYS have stale chips or half scoop portions of the food. For the price I am paying AT LEAST give me a half bag of fresh chips. Today 2/11 3: 53 pm I went in and ordered a bag of chips and guac with my bowl. For $4.35 THIS IS WHAT I GOT. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! The chips aren’t even filled to cover the bottom of the bag or FRESH! I ordered cheese on the side with my order and the guy who was making my bowl laughed at me and gave me a weird look because I proceeded to order my food that way. Unprofessional and just plain rude. Halfway home I found out my salad didn’t have the dressing so I drove back to get my dressing… Which was very frustrating in itself. When I got home I realized my cheese that I ordered on the side with my bowl ALSO wasn’t in my bag aswell. This is my last straw with this location! I WILL NEVER RETURN and honestly just make the drive to the Palm Bay location it is so much nicer food, better employees/ service a cleaner establishment and they actually give a decent amount of food and not stale chips and care about their customers. People work wayyyyy too hard for their money and to be ripped off like this! Such a waste of time and money. The fact the cashier Aaliayah could ring me up knowing there’s less than a HALF BAG OF CHIPS in my bag and them hand to me is beyond me. DO BETTER EMPLOYEES, DO BETTER MANAGEMENT DO BETTER CHIPOTLE! 100% AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Gave them a second chance to redeem themselves. Never again! After a VERY unsatisfying meal here with the family last week, I was in the area and decided to give them a second chance. After having to wait 10 minutes past the anticipated time the food was cold and quite sparse! Extremely disappointing lunch!

When I tell you this is a hit or miss with this place I just don’t understand. I like my bowl simple and this is what I get for ordering online. Look at the portion of the rice it was all a mess and they did not give me my tortilla on the side. Like seriously is the extra spoon of rice comes out of the employees paycheck? Only reason I keep coming it’s because I lived 5 minutes away but sometimes I would rather drive to the Palm Bay one like they always give me a good portion.
