It was what I expected of Chipotle. Food was fresh and hot. I think their restaurants are too noisy. I usually sit outside.

If you want Chipotle just drive to the one in Delray, this location constantly gets orders wrong and serves stale/low quality food

This place is horrible at night, I ordered online and still had to wait for my food to be prepared. And to make matters worse the order was still wrong!

I received an order that was not what I expected through door dash. I approached the situation like it was their fault and not in a nice way. Thanks to the Manager and his understanding and the way he handled the situation, my concerns and my attitude my mistake was handled with professionalism that left me feeling well taken care of. This manager should be a teacher for customer service.

My wife always has issues with her order and the service. It seems the staff get an attitude if you ask for extra sauces and sometimes they skimp on the meats.

They are pretty clean, however they are always busy so its probably best to order ahead of time and wait a tad longer than the app suggests as most of the time you will be waiting.

-100 if I could the general manager I think named Jose is the most incompetent and rude employee you have at that store. He didn’t make my catering order that he kept saying was zeroed out, guess he couldn’t understand that I had a free catering offer. And was yelling at me, can not fathom you put someone that rude/incompetent in charge! WILD

Everything is always cold. Both burrito bowls were missing several items. Didn't receive the tortilla in the side, no guacamole, no queso.total disappointment, completely dissatisfied. The restaurant is filthy, the employees are rude and barely even talk. Who is the leader at this location? Where are they?

Food was horrible cold and the rice was not cooked properly, lots of stuff behind the counter but nothing was moving quickly.utensil area was dirty no forks

I went to this chipotle they did not have brown rice or the new steak they gave me attitude and did not give me what I wanted really disappointed don’t recommend coming here! They did not have napkins I asked and they said they were out the fountain drinks were the lemonade is located did not have no drinks

Best Chipotle I've ever been to! I have had some issues with other Chipotles in the past but this one was exceptional! The food tasted fresh, my order was correct, and the workers were so nice! Vanessa especially was great and helpful. I am definitely coming back to this location.

The food was not fresh or ready. They were scrapping the bottom of the tin to get meat out. The lettuce was so wilted and rotten I didn't add it as I usually do. The chips were stale, when given the guacamole for my stale chips the guac had strings in it, no bueno, and the store was filthy. I will never buy from there again
3 bowls with stale chips for $50 you lost my business.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered food online at 09: 00 pm. Stated order will be ready at 09: 10pm. Food was not ready when we arrived at 09: 15pn. An associate told us that they will prepare our food right away. We sat down and watched at least 10 customers got their food and left. By 09: 30 I asked where was our order. No one seems to know what was going on. I asked to speak to a manager, This person came out, and she was clueless and non-apologetic, even going as far as making excuses that 20 minutes waiting for the food was not that bad. Really? To make matter worse, a young lady that ended up making our food was very rude and prepared the food with such nasty attitude. Our bowls looked very unappealing and trashed like.
Very unprofessional, clueless bunch. Stay away from this location. I will be calling for a different manager, and corporate as well.

Every time I visit this location, they are short of staff! The dining room is always filthy.no tables wiped down, no floors mopped. The lines are extremely slow & they will assist the online orders & door dash people 1st before the customers looking at them in front of them in line.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but I always have a problem with to-go orders. Every time I order a delivery the bowl is barely filled with a few bites of rice. Today on the other hand I came for a pick up order and when I arrived we gave the guy our name (I have no problem waiting) so we stood there for 10min till he asked for our name again and we told him again… He then says he doesn’t have our order and that’s it no further questions asked he helps the next guest. We pull it up on our phone from the chipotle app and our mistake we did it at the wrong chipotle which isn’t a problem on either part. We asked the guy if he could cancel the order or how we could cancel it because we didn’t see it on the app and he said he can’t do anything about a 3rd party app after we should him it’s on the chipotle app. He said he can’t do anything and we can order in the store but was rude about it and wasn’t helpful in anyway. We were simply asking questions and says “ can’t help you, you have to figure it out”. I get everywhere is different but as a manager he should know these basic things.

Original: It's so disappointing because every time I think this Chipotle is starting to get it together, it leaves so much to be desired. I want to love this spot because it's literally in walking distance from my house, but every time I go there is an issue. This past time I put in an online order and when I arrived, it had never gone through. I completely understand that this is a huge nuisance to customers and employees and it's not their fault. However, the staff had no patience for my inquiries and would not even engage when I asked if my food was almost ready. It took 30 minutes for them to realize that the order had not gone through and that I would need to give them my order for them to make it. No apologies. Not even a word spoken to me. I asked when I finally got my bowl (that I and my 9-month-old son had been waiting very patiently for) if I could please get a side of guacamole for waiting so long. Again not a word, but the guac did appear. When I finally got my bag after an hour after ordering it, again not a word spoken to me. I'm more than willing to be understanding and apologetic If the issue was on my end, but the service here is just so lacking and such a shame. Food quality was pretty good, but the portions were super small with about a tablespoon of cheese and sour cream. Why am I still spending $15 here? I think I'm done.

I witnessed a new worker give the worst attitude that I’ve ever seen towards these customers, one man in front of me even left, if you’re going to hire people to work DONT MAKE THE EXPERIENCE BAD, they also tries to over charge me for rice, IVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THAT, this chipotle is worth the skip DO NOT EAT HERE

Worst chipotle, never on time with mobile order always have to wait 15 minutes after. I literally started to wait extra time because I know they will be lte, the. Twice when I got my food it was wrong. One time I went to the manager and said it’s wrong he redid it, it was still wrong and they still forgot my wrap. Horrible

It is 2 pm EST…I made an order through DoorDash. I go the the Chipotle at (1780 Congress Ave #100, Boynton Beach, Fl) and they don’t have my order I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes (of my lunch time) for the manager Cameron to confirm that the order was correct via my receipt and the tell me that I have to go in the back of the line when I was in the store before everyone that was there. The were 2 sets of customers that came and left. I recapped that to Cameron who had no sense of remorse 2x and he treated me like I was begging for food. I understand that mistakes happen… it wasn’t the mistake it was how I was dealt with. I was not upset at the issue. He didn’t even introduce himself to me. It was how her treated me publicly when I was his customer that did not make the mistake.but the one that got the backlash. Customer service is very important. The customer is most definitely NOT always right but how Cameron treated me was wrong. Hopefully he superiors can help Cameron to improve. This Cameron customer service is definitely an area of opportunity. Sorry for typos and poor grammar my lunch time is now over. -Pearl the lady with the receipt and the one that was understanding of the mistake
