Chipotle Mexican Grill, St. Petersburg FL

Inconsistent always. Today, mild salsa hurt my teeth it had so much cayenne. That is no accident but tablespoonfuls put in batch for fun. Never again will I go to this location to throw out food. Hire all new staff.

Often order doordash from this location. This is the second time Rice was not included as requested. I'm not sure how Rice if forgotten but I'm eating a bean soup bowl right now.

Smallest portioning ever. Rude employees when you ask for.normal chipotle portions. Even on the extra charged items guacomole that was was a tablespoon, chicken serving that was 2 tablespoons. I had a bag of 7 chips.go to a different location

Manager is a female maybe Hispanic working opening shift today she is rude and does not show customer appreciation or anything!
Got a chicken bowl with all the toppings. Lettuce was covered in DIRT. I mean ABSOLUTELY NOT WASHED OR EVEN A RINSE JUST THROWN INTO THE PAN TO SERVE
I will say the lady with red braids is so sweet and refreshing?

WENT TO GET MY ORDER LAST NIGHT AND THE LADY THREW THE BAG AT ME, THEN I ASKED FOR A CUP OF WATER SHE ALSO GAVE IT TO ME WITH AN ATTITUDE. FOOD WAS ALSO DRY AND HARD WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK WITH MY GIRLFRIEND! WISH I COULD RATE 0 STARS FOR SERVICE AND FOOD! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK THEN DON'T!

I ordered a barbacoa bowl from the app, got a huge chunk of uncut beef that was raw in the middle. This is the second time this has happened from this chipotle and it's pretty gross.

Came here very inebriated last night 5 minutes before they closed and the employees were happy to serve me and made sure I had my card wallet and phone before I left. 10/10 for customer service! Food was alright,

Only way to get what you want at this location is to actually go there in person. Delivery orders are consistently messed up, leaving out items like chips and guacamole that they charge for. My most recent order was missing the only two toppings on my bowl (cheese and guacamole) and felt like it just came out of a refrigerator. I called the store and my only options were to come in and get it remade, which defeats the purpose of me paying for delivery, or be “put it a logbook, ” whatever that means. I love chipotle, but getting it delivered is like playing Russian Roulette with 5 bullets instead of 1.

They stopped making quesadillas in store. The manager was yelling at staff and being very rude. The rest of the staff was nice.

Terrible customer service. I order 2 separate meals, both pick-ups. The 1st order came in on their system and the 2nd order didn’t exist even though I have the confirmation number, the time to pickup the food and the money already deducted from the account. The other thing I notice was the girl at the register having customers an attitude for no reason. Please get your systems fix!

Perfectly I have good experiences when it comes to Chipotle. This particular location decided to close on a Friday night well before 8: 30 p.m. This was the very first time I tried to go into this place so this is why they are receiving one star.

They don't always have all the available options most Chipotle chains do. This is a very busy location, so make sure you plan on extra time. I wouldn't recommend a lunch break visit if you're on the clock.

This was extremely uncomfortable to watch. The manager I believe? Is verbally abusive. All the employees seem to be uncomfortable and nervous or just flat out rude. They skimp you on the amount in your bowls/burritos….

Love this place the overall service is excellent. My experience tonight was awesome. The crew had me in and out. I had one odd thing happen with #onions but the management was super.

Ordered 4 burritos for my family the other day through the app and got basically a tortilla with a fraction of beans in each. They completely skimped out on anything besides beans. Each bite was literally just tortilla. Also ordered chip & guac and got no chips and a half cup of guac. Nice. Save your Pennies where you can I guess. You bet I’ll be going next door to Taco Bell next time

Every time I order food online here on door dash or Uber eats they mess up my order. Ordered queso and chips. Plus salsa and chips. The food was delivered with no chips. They rip you off at this location.

This place is horrible. The last two times I’ve ordered online the burritos have been surprisingly small. Barely any rice or vegetables and only a few pieces of chicken. They figured a double wrapped burrito would hide the fact that there’s nothing in it. Very disappointing. I get you want to save money but screwing over your customers is not how you run a business.

This location has gone downhill. Really small portions and slow service. You can sense something is off. There is always new team members but the same grumpy manager. Hope corporate sees the reviews from the last 60 days.

Surely everyone is going through something however it is true that one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Exhibit A. The Manager, very anxious with a repulsive attitude. Tried to assist but made things worst, poor others didn't didn't fall too far from the tree. The cashier, I must be honest, she was very pleasant to deal with. I wished I would have read the reviews prior. Suggestion chose a DIFFERENT CHIPOTLE.
