Chipotle Mexican Grill, Boca Raton FL

This chipotle needs some leadership. There have been four people in line for the last 10 minutes. There are currently four employees in the store. One is cleaning the stove, one working on to go orders and the other two are chilling in the back on their phones.

The meal ended up upsetting my stomach. I’m probably not going back to this Chipotle if I can avoid it.

Horrible. No one talks to u. Stood there 10 min without service and waited another 5 min for food. Awful. I will avoid and tell my friend's. Awful

Went to buy a bowl and wanted two sides of tortillas. They said they were running low. I said, that’s fine, I’ll pay for them I’m not bothered by cost. They said no. So I left. Don’t quite understand why me buying them now as opposed to paying for them as burritos later made a difference. Well that’s a $30 sale they lost. Great decision. EDIT: I’ve had bad bowls and poor service in the past as well, thought I’d give it a chance since I was nearby… after looking at MULTIPLE 1 star reviews I’m shocked the Owner hasn’t taken action, but I’ve also noticed a few 5 star what I can only guess are fake due to their “canned” comments…. So maybe that is their answer? Fake reviews and ignore customer service and quality because the college is nearby and they will eat anything?

Literally the worst Chipotle in Palm Beach County. Dirty dining area, food sucks, & portions are half what they should be. Don’t come here

We order online there 2 to 3 times a week the exact same thing every time for the last year and a half never again after last week. They never put double meat like we paid for our burritos are wrapped like junk, we pay for extra wrap just to combat this issue and it still falls apart. Don't get me started on there management rude as can be when confronted with about a issue. Chipotle Corporate if you read this you need to fire everyone at this and have your Boynton Beach store on Federal train everyone there as they do a exceptional job.

Food is good and service is amazing! The staff was super kind and I appreciate how well they treated everyone. Best of luck!

Apparently a serving size for chicken is under 2 ounces because that’s how much I just received after putting in a mobile order through the app… I mean seriously what am I suppose to do with less than 2 ounces of chicken? That wouldn’t even feed a newborn kitten.

We are here for Jc Mitchell student night, and the store is beyond disgusting! Trash, food and drinks all over every table and floor, to include checkout counter! It’s disgusting! Where is the manager? ! How is this acceptable? ! No one is eating inside cause they can’t! Shame on the management at Chipotle!

They literally force u to get the chipotle app and then u make the order and the employees say they dont have it.then, u show them ur whole order on ur phone and they give u attitude and tell u to get in line.the whole point of ordering ahead is to have ur food ready when u get there! Made me wait ten minutes just to say they found the bag.now the food is cold.thanks a lot, this is why u work at chipotle.idiots.

Employee Ben made me feel terrible about myself. First terrible experience I have ever had at chipotle. Just moved to the area first time here. I walked in at 9: 30 pm and there was no vegetables left. I don’t eat meat there so I said “Hi can I please have a quesadilla with corn please instead of vegetables since you have no vegetables left. ” He said “now since you asked no I’m not going to do it for you. I was going to put corn on it but now I’m not cause we are not supposed to so I don’t have to. ” I was so confused he said it with such an attitude. It felt like a personal attack because I was not sure what I did wrong. I said “ok you don’t have to, then can you charge me for a burrito like they usually do for me when I get a quesadilla with corn on it? ” He was like “ no I’m not doing it and told the lady to not put corn on quesadilla as she had it already scooped. He said “no corn just cheese! ” I said “but I don’t want a cheese quesadilla. ” He said ok then leave so I asked for his name and told him I was going to leave a bad review and left. Well it’s past 10 pm now and I have no food and nothing is open at this hour and I have a final exam due before 12. Not to mention I’ve been having a hard day and this pushed me over the edge. I just wanted a quesadilla. Idk what his problem was but he needs to be fired. Literally have been going through too much to handle in life lately and something like this is just unnecessary for an Individual’s mental health.

Chipotle is not a good service when I asked for guacamole they did not give and they don't have any sweets and desserts and I love desserts and that's why I love the Indian version of chipotle which is taco masala because there they have at least some desserts

EDIT: I went back and they gladly fixed my order - of course that shouldn’t be the case to begin with but the service was great, so thank you!

I work across the street and for bodybuilding, Chipotle is a good option for me. Recently I’ve been getting barely a single serving of chicken when I’m paying $3 extra for double. For $11 I could just go to Pollo Tropical down the street, get more food and bring my own brown rice from home and still have money left over. This is seriously a joke at this point

Its my family's go to place but since the past 3 times we eaten here there was always a problem, as being a fully vegetarian We wouldnt want meat in our food but the last 3 times there was meat in the hot sauce mind you which was taken on the side the other time there was a piece of chicken in the bowl and the chips were just disgusting wont spend my money here anymore

Poor quality food the last few times I’ve been here. I don’t expect my meal to be put together perfectly if I’m ordering during the height of lunch rush. However, I do prefer that the tomato’s in the pico are not seconds away from being spoiled. Not fun to spend $13+ on lunch and still be hungry after because the pitiful portions…

Not one to write reviews unless so this should tell you something. Where do I start? First off the tables are always dirty at this place, always have napkins or food crumbs left on them. Food has never actually been ready when it says it is if you order off Uber eats, not a huge deal but annoying. My big one is they give you servings as if it comes out of their own paycheck. I ordered a steak burrito yesterday, 6 bites before I bit into a singular piece of steak. Today it took 8 bites. Super annoying to spend money and have them purposely stinge me on steak because they don’t want to run out. They do this consistently, worst chipotle
