Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fort Lauderdale FL

Average / below-average Chipotle location. Cook line is usually smeared with guac, sour cream, bean residue, but at least the crew tries to get you out immediately. A little too quickly, in fact.
Crew today is not very hospitable at all. Girl working tortilla station/sweeping around 1: 43pm spit out her gum next to tortilla press, in clear view of customers, while standing beside manager. A little too close for comfort to the salad lettuce station. Not sure I'll visit 17th Street again.

Worst I’ve ever been to. No tortillas. No chips. Employees couldn’t care less. Suggested maybe they let people know before they order, and got blank stares from all four idiots at the same time.

The food was ok, not the same quality, didn’t have any fajitas and salad for bowl, some employees had a take it or leave it attitude

I ordered online and when I got my food it was covered in black beans. I DID NOT WANT BLACK BEANS. Usually I’ll try to make it work but all I could taste was black beans. How hard is it to read an order? And of course you can get in contact with anyone.

Canceled my order with no explanation after I was already waiting for 20 minutes for delivery.

Slammed always busy you'll be waiting in line. In a more busy section here and parking will usually be full. Staff is pretty slammed here so if you can tip well it would be nice to. Other than that if you time it right you'll be able to get your meal in

Terrible service. Staff has a horrible attitude. Asked for fajita vegetables and was given one onion and one pepper sliver. Asked if she could give me some more and she refused as "she wasnt allowed". Ridiculous.

Delish chicken burritos. Customer service has improved past few weeks!
Having competent, friendly staff makes a world of difference.

Ordered a chips and guac… Basically got an empty bag of chips… Almost laughing it’s so sad and disappointing.

Chipotle is by far the best fast food out there you can't beat the ingredients for the price!

Love chipotle just not this location I come in at 4 for lunch and they don’t have queso or guacamole.

Driver could not find address of hotel. After a very frustrating phone call because he didn’t speak any English! I took the phone to the front desk at the hotel and one of the staff was able to help. The driver was rude to me because he asked if I spoke Spanish and I said no you should know English if you are delivering food to a predominantly English speaking area. Perhaps the manager of chipotle should take this into consideration when hiring delivery drivers or allowing Uber driver to deliver when they can’t speak any English. On top of that I tried to call the store and you can’t speak to anyone in person exclamation I wanted to let them know of the situation and that my order was a half hour late

This is by far the worst chipotle in FTL. If you’re ordering online just expect your order to always be wrong. I can’t count the amount of times I order stake and they give me barbacoa. Not to mention the bowl are always sloppy and I’m always missing a topping. If you’re going to order from here just do your self a favor and don’t. If you absolutely have to order from here go in person and make the line and watch them make your food. Lastly the stake is crazy spicy. Avoid at all cost.

Third time this chipotle has messed up my online order. Chipotle app offers no help or refund. Don’t order from here

Ordered a Salad (what an expensive salad!). Came with only lettuce (no kale or spinach), no vinaigrette, and a woefully small portion of protein (even though I paid for double protein). Looked like it was assembled by a person with an IQ of 30.
Given the other bad reviews it’s clear this franchisee doesn’t care for the brand. Avoid and go to another store.
