Chipotle Mexican Grill, Miami FL

It's surprising to see the lack of quality control at this location. The counter is extremely dirty, with food scattered everywhere.

Perfect location but food was cold (like freezing) and the service was not profesional. Gave the food three stars because I went home and grilled my burrito and it was amazing. A shame this amazing location is being used like this, it should be the best chipotle in town.

Multiple rude and arrogant staff members. This place does NOT belong anywhere near Brickell.

The employees were fighting among themselves in front of the customers, they forgot the customers and left us unattended until they finished their discussion. The food place was very dirty and the food was mixed.very bad experience

Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever received. The girl serving the bowls was rude provided a horrible customer service. All i asked was how long for chicken she remarked 15 min and proceeded to say…… are you gonna get something else then? I asked if it was possible to have them go grab the chicken from the Togo order station because they had a whole tray of full chicken on that side. They remarked RUDELY that that’s not the way it worked and order on the app then. They need to seriously consider who is working here. They should never make customers feel dumb or alienated. Do better Chipotle.

Very small portion sizes compared to other locations. When I asked for extra beans, the worker there gave me a weird look. Also, the food tasted bland. Definitely sub-par flavor compared to the regular chipotle I'm used to. Cleanliness was OK overall but the soda machines were not dispensing when I used them. Overall a very bad experience

As a longtime chipotle customer who has been to dozens of locations I can say this is absolutely the worst one I’ve ever seen.

It’s always filthy, there’s no seating, most of the staff are incredibly rude, and you are guaranteed to get skimped here. They barely give you any food, and you have to be constantly asking for more. Good luck with the meat. A worker once removed chicken from my bowl after adding “too much”.

I drive further north to midtown even though I live walking distance because of how much this chipotle sucks.

I was in Brickell. I could have gone to the Brickell Chipotle. However, I have had so many bad experiences there. I am in rush hour traffic on my way to the Chipotle in Midtown all because the Chipotle in Brickell is so disappointing.

Never have left a review before but can’t help myself. I order from here for take out frequently and I kid you not, the order has been completely wrong 6 of the last 7 times. Today I ordered a steak bowl and received a bowl consisting entirely of brown rice and fajita veggies.

I was initially worried due to the large amount of bad reviews.

IT’S NOT BAD.

I even added photos of the place. They are clean, good, and a nice chipotle location to order at.

The workers didn’t skimp out on the food, and I enjoyed my experience.

The only thing they don’t skimp on is rice, the only reason they are in business is that they are continent

As a Chipotle fan, this location is probably the worst I've ever seen. It's dirty, they forget the protein on a take away order, don't properly seal it so falls apart, and you get a stomach ache as a bonus.

I love Chipotle but this one definitely have to hate it. The portion they serve is miserable compared to others locations and you can see the do it on purpose because they also know what they doing is wrong. Incredibly they get mad when you as a customer ask for what you should be getting

CHIPOTLE FIX THIS:

- Close location temporarily

- Get a professional deep cleaning company

- Fire everyone and get new dedicated staff

- Get a DEDICATED manager from a successful location, and promote a prospect at that location instead.

- Start taking it serious, people could get sick from the old food, dirty ice cube or employees using no gloves.
