Food is decent, dining area and serving area do not appear to get cleaned often if at all. Poor attitude from employees and lack of pleasant and welcoming attitude from servers. I have only been 3 times but im going back again today in about 10 minutes. I have only ever been to 1 other Chipotle, I plan to eat here regularly because the food is pretty good and has a high nutritional value.

I must have the worst luck. Everytime I go it's like burnt meat and I am being served the bottom of the pan

Absolute embarrassment to the chipotle brand. As others mentioned the worst I've been to. Ordered a steak bowl. They put half a scoop of meat and that is not the worst part. It was unusually thinly sliced and dry with absolutely no flavor. I went during lunch. When I brought it back I discovered it as mentioned above. I had to put a bunch of salt on it to try to somewhat recover this pathetic excuse of a steak bowl. The tomato (mild sauce) also didn't taste right. Borderline spoiled. Please whoever owns/runs this place step up you're game. I do not plan to visit this location anytime soon. Waste of $13.

Easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I still go for convenience but it truly sucks here.

Each time I have came they claimed they are out of something. Also the counters are sometimes messy by the napkin station. Won’t return.

Doing a great job taking care of our team's catering orders. Just wish there was a more direct way to communicate to give them proper notice other than having to stop by the store.

I placed an order through door dash dash tonight. But only received one of my items. The bag was sealed by the chipotle sticker so I know it wasn’t the dasher. I was missing a whole double steak bowl. But the kids quesadilla they sent was the most disgusting, disrespectful “food” I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t get the tin foil all the way off but yet it was dripping in grease…. Make it make sense.

I usually don’t review, but it seems like this Chipotle never improves. I’ve been here many times since it’s the closest, though it seems I should go way out of the way to go to the Roosevelt location. Each time I come in here I have a similar experience. Hands down the worst quality Chipotle I’ve ever been in.

I’m coming in at 4: 30 pm on a Tuesday when no other customer is there aside from a few pick ups. The place is disgusting. The countertop where they serve food looks like it hasn’t been cleaned that day, much of the food isn’t loaded, the tables and windows are super dirty.

Of the four people working there, only one was working. The other three were going outside, watching videos on their phone which was easy to hear, or taking off their Chipotle shirt and getting in line behind us. I waited for a couple minutes at the beginning of the food line for the person cleaning tables to come up and help. She helped from dishing out the food to cashing out.

Sorry guys, this place could be a lot better. Hopefully steps will be taken to improve this Chipotle location. Just look at the ratings. It’s time to improve.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve been to in my life, and I wish I was over exaggerating. I placed a mobile order for a quesadilla at around 9pm for a 920pm pick up. Went to the store at 925pm, and walked in to cursing/ offensive language and joking/playing around… red flag #1. Told an employee that I was picking up an order and he proceeded to put on gloves to START making the order a whole 30 minutes after it was ordered. Once he started making the order, he then told me that they were out of multiple ingredients that I ordered for the quesadilla. I simply replied asking for a refund. His response was “well I don’t handle that”… WHICH WAS RUDE. He brought the manager to me, and the manager said that they don’t process refunds! How can you not process refunds? ! Especially after YOU are in the wrong? The app should have even allowed me to mobile order ingredients that were no longer available! He then tells me to return another day and say “Chris sent me”… I asked for them to write something down so that it’d be a reputable source. He refused and said word of mouth is enough. At this point I am appalled. I return to the store the following day during lunch. I asked for a manager, and he agreed to make the meal. Once on line, there were STILL ingredients that were missing. I was basically forced to settle for a meal without the ingredients that I wanted because I wouldn’t get my $15 back. After ordering, there was NO APOLOGY, NO ATTEMPT TO OFFER ANYTHING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. This store is a mess, the management is terrible and there’s no true customer service. I’m disgusted.

I frequent this location. The food is usually well made and my food is always ready when promised.

My issue is with the Pickup order quality. It seems like every time I order my food for pickup, something doesn’t meet my expectation. Last time, my side of guacamole was half full and contained a large unripe piece of avocado which made about half of the whole side of guac inedible. The time before that, my sofritas must have not been drained completely, which resulted in 1/2 of my bowl going in the trash. Today I ordered extra rice in my bowl. When I got home, I discovered I had about 1/4th cup of rice. It sounds greedy but why make it an option only to not honor it?

Not trying to say the employees do this on purpose, however there is definitely room for improvement on ensure the quality.

Whenever I order my food in person it is made well with care.

I purchased a steak bowl. Tge steak apparently is cut now into to nugget/very small. I couldn't even taste the steak. I want be going here for a long waste of my mo ey should have got a veggie for the lack of meat received. The lady appeared to be an attitude and doesn't need to be working with people. You are going to have to wait or something like I got 3 things going on at once. I am so disappointed with my food. I should have taken it back. If you're not going, give people what they pay for, stop serving it. When it was being fixed, it looked like a decent portion when I started to eat it was a different story.

Ordered my food over the phone (an automated voice took the order). Told me the payment didn't process but it charged my card twice. Went to the location to pick it up, told them about the inconvenience in the nicest way possible. Or to maybe cancel the order instead. The service/energy was so bad and bitter from the older woman on the food line. She said I can fix your food but was so passive aggressive and so disrespect saying things like "I don't hide my feelings, I work long hours. " Well I do too & I would never treat/talk to people like that. EVER. I don't know how she's still working here because there are SEVERAL reviews about this same woman! The manager was nice but my GOD. This lady on the food line needs a better paying job or needs to be fired. She should not be in the position to fix other peoples food. Can't trust that.

The chicken, and steak was not fresh at all sitting in those containers on display for the customer to purchase. I had to resort to the shedded pork or beef which looks some what better than the chic and steak, but still not having that fresh appearance as seen on TV COMMERCIALS. There was only brown rice to order. There were two other rice containers empty, the employee pointed out to me. The employees serving the customers were loud with each other in front of the customers. I had to wait a few minutes before I was waited on, because the employees on the serving line were having their own display, talking loud, smart mouthing each other and didn't address the customer with I'm sorry someone will be right with you. That whole experience was not what I was looking for when I walked up into the the Chipotle Mexican Grill in the riverside area.

Came in at 930 at night. Lady had a nasty, rude, disrespectful attitude when I asked for white rice in my bowl. She said there's no more white rice for the night. So. I asked if that was brown rice I saw there.which she didn't even respond, rolled her eyes and just looked at me stupidly. I go here all the time. I love the food. Never been here this late. Im just taken aback by the customer service from female employees at night. We LITERALLY said nevermind and walked out!

I ordered a bowl with barbacoa and the only meat I got was a huge lump of fat, so I only ate lettuce beans and veggies I wasted $13 today for lunch.

Food is great but the people serving are not so great. They also act like they are the ones losing profits if they give you a big size serving. I don't think you should shake the spoon to level it down, so there's not so much on there. And then when you ask for double meat, they barely even fill up the spoon?

The gentleman that prepared my Bowl is awesome! I've been to locations in other states and regions without issues, but his efficiency and speed is unforgettable.
