Chipotle Mexican Grill, Oviedo FL

Went in person last week and had a good experience - I give it a 4.7 rating. Although I went during lunch time, I was able to get in and out quickly. I had a small, uncomplicated order so no issues with my food. The only possible “complaint” was the taste of food was not as flavorful as I’m accustomed from Chipotle restaurant (beans and rice were quite bland). The staff was friendly and efficient and helped provide a positive experience for me.

Rude counter staff, restuarant was filthy, saw rodent droppings on counter near lettuce. Gross.walked out after I ordered and saw the droppings.

Who doesn't like some chipotle in their life! I pre took some immodium, gas x and tums then went to down on this deliciousness! I still got tons of bloating and gas and ended up taking a 40 minute nap but it was almost worth it.

So I consistently order from this location for many years now and since the COVID-19 outbreak I have been very disappointing with the pick up and delivery options.

I'll order double rice and Double meat in the bowl and about 50% of the time the bowl I get is barely even what I would consider a single serving. Sometimes it's correct which is great, but I have had some many times that the order I get is no where near enough food.

I never leave bad reviews but this is so frustrating

There is a reason I order that much and especially when I am paying extra.

I just don't get it, I've never had this issue before and now it's very consistent that I simply will not get the portions that I am asking for.

I am talking being able to see the bottom of the bowl just opening it up when I ordered pretty much every topping, double rice and double meat.

I know for a fact if I would order in person that wouldn't happen, yet trying to social distance I get ripped off 50% of the time?

I always order delivery online as I am in Quarantine, I often have to call to add an extra vinaigrette to my order and the employee whose name is also Carly answers! She’s always very kind and helpful. When my food arrives it’s always perfect. I know during these hard times solid customer service being sorely over looked. This place always does a wonderful job. Fast service, clean dining room and bathrooms. Parking is not too bad typically other than weekend evenings. Delivery is an option at this location.

This is my favorite Chipotle! Not only the staff is really nice, the place is clean and food is always perfect. I always choose to go to this location and several people agree with me!

Just had the worst prepared burrito ever from Chipotle. Carryout. No lettuce, no salsa. Just beans, rice, pork. It was also the shortest one I've ever had from there.

Awful, grossly over-stuffed burrito. Maybe i'll try crispy tacos next time, to prevent overfilling. Staff was well meaning, pleasant, and place looked clean enough. I admit to not much skill with these assembly line shops.

Good food, but very slow service in peak times. The staff is split between competing mobile orders and helping the people that are standing in line. That result was 30 minutes for takeout tonight.

I just waited 20 minutes for white rice after they kept telling me it would only be 6 minutes. There was about 10 of us waiting for white rice, I think Is ridiculous because it’s not like they were busy.

Really good and the service was friendly and engaging. I actually asked one of the employees how long they had been working there and how they liked it. He told me he had been there for about 6 months and loves coming to work because of the people he works with and what he gets to do. I love that!

The foods is very good and with the choices you have you can make your meal very healthy or very not so healthy (lol). Which ever way it is still YUMMY! The prices are responsible and the establishment neat and clean. I would recommend this Chipotle Mexican Grill to anyone who like Mexican fast food!

The food is always so fresh and delicious. The staff here was pleasant and had smiles on their faces.

I came in here at 8: 30pm on a Saturday. It was packed! Food was good, as always, but the wait was insane!

They can be slow at times when there is a large line, but once you're in front of them, they work quickly to get you what you want. I saw two guys time the burrito so that the moment it came out they would add all the ingredients right away while it was still warm. I appreciate that. Coming here again.

Its definitely getting worse. Prices are going up and meat portions down. Very disappointed with my last trip.

Chicken was burned and it tasted like it. Also the servings just get smaller and smaller everytime I come to this location. If I could give them no stars I would!

Usually don’t have problems but today they tried it. They only gave me 5 pieces of meat. The rice tasted watery and it was mushy. Meat had no seasoning. Wasted my money because I threw the whole bowl away.
