Excellent! Handled a special request for a funeral. Everyone was very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

My son surprised me at work with an orchid he purchased at Chirife on 1/31/23. I noticed that one of the leaves had started yellowing and the moss was very wet. An indication that the roots were rotting from excess watering. I placed in on a window sill out of direct sunlight to hopefully help the plant. As the week wore on a couple more leaves turned yellow and subsequently fell off. I only have 2 leaves left and 1 of them is already turning yellow. I called Chirife today and spoke with Natalie and explained the situation to her. I sent her 3 different photos of the orchid that I took over the past several days documenting the yellowing. I was told by her, after conversing with her manager, that since 11 days have passed they couldn't do anything for me. I find this unacceptable as the orchid was already damaged upon my son's purchase.
