Choice Med Group, Brandon FL

I personally like Dr Jose at Choice Med Group in Brandon. He is very knowledgeable as well as personable and makes you feel like he takes a great interest in you and how he can best advise you! I appreciate this in a medical professional!

I’m very happy to be working with Dr. Kasper. Easy to talk with and knowledgeable.
I especially like that he now offers teleconference, saves me on the gas.

Vet clean. Excellent staff! Very knowledgeable Dr. He provided me with all the information that I needed and answered all the questions I asked! I will certainly see him again and I will recommend him to anyone who needs this.

I’ve had Dr Samalot for 3years now. I truly respect the Dr for being so open & helpful. I enjoy talking with him, & I love what he has taught me about living with chronic pain. Thank you Dr. See you at my next appt!

The doctor does not adhere to his own appointment times. Ridiculously unprofessional.

2 stars, price is good. Staff are rude, express attitude, disgust and anger over the phone. Very unprofessional, Doctors deviate from appointment times, and it’s your fault. The price is good if you wanna deal with people. Been here 4 years and this past year went down the drain.

All I have to say is “you get what you pay for” … I’ll be returning to my original doctor on my next renewal.

Walked in the Brandon office…. Boy what a big mistake! Heavy set light skinned lady was rude. Not a medical experience at all! It was frustrating and aggravating to say the least. There is a proper way to talk to people and this lady don’t know it. Avoid the Brandon facility at all cost. I drove to anouther location and what a difference! No wait and they treated me with respect! Won’t ever go back to the Brandon one again after dealing with her. I’ll make sure Facebook knows as well. Absolutely horrible customer service. Go to Clearwater and save the aggravation.

I enjoyed this office and have finally found MY doctor! The office and doc are thorough and have so many educational resources on the product that I was soo impressed and actually learned new things before leaving. The doctor truly cares about getting YOU the right care that you need and I’m grateful!

The staff and doctors are awesome. Appointment experience is pretty streamlined. Nice discounts. Risk free appointment for patients that don’t have a card yet. I’ve been there twice and will keep going. Call if you have any questions. They’re nice.

There is another review that says “why do they collect credit card info online when booking”, you don’t pay online when you give that info. It’s so if you cancel too late or no show, they still charge the full price. They’ve gotta keep the lights on, I respect it.

This Dr Jose. S. Is a pediatrician who has no knowledge about medical cannibus! I canceled my appointment with them because I found another better much closer to my home. I informed them I had another Dr appointment and because I no longer went to their clinic they canceled my scripts 3 weeks earlier than my card was to expire. They double charged me for the State registration fee which is absolutely to be done online without their extra fees! Apparently I have been scammed by these guys and I am NOT the only one. OK I will call there big office and see if I can get this straightforward before anyone else is conned. Sign the State petition for recreational use! Big Pharma states that it's a scheduled 1 drug. Be careful fellow medical user's and then VOTE!

Extremely friendly, very helpful explaining everything, I’m new to this, so I have a lot of questions. They answered all that I had during my visit, but I know that there will be more. Thank you everybody, for being so helpful

THIS IS AN UPDATE. When I found out that every 7 months, I needed to see them to have the license updated, with what they charged, I couldn’t afford them anymore. I’m on a fixed income. So, I had to let it lapse. I wish that I would have known then, what they were going to charge, at the time I first contacted then, I would have gone elsewhere. I checked in my area, charges for follow up appointments were less than half of what Choice Med.charges. But now for me to start up my license, I need to see a new Doctor to OK the license. The first time charge is to expensive for me to pay. So, now I go without. My advice to anybody, is to go in their local dispensary, and ask them who they recommend. To a person, they all said to not use Choice Medical Group. They said that, they were one of the most expensive out there. And they recommended others that were considerably lower priced. My problem now is that I cannot afford the initial consultation.

This place is essentially a terrible, they get you in, don't ask any questions. My doctor fell asleep mid appt.

Once they get your money you will no longer get any help, which is awful because the Dr office has to put in your reqs. Specifically Bobbi, Tammy, Joyce are all VERY VERY rude and hang up on people regularly. If they take your call, they say someone will call you back then they don't. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.it's immoral, Rude, and terrible.

Employees were super kind and the Doctor was amazing! Super nice and thoughtful. They were extremely quick as well, as I just went in for a renewal!

From Dr. Jose to the Front staff. Amazing people and they helped me get back to being me. Thank you so much.

Staff was really friendly and the doctor was easy to talk with. They all made it a really comfortable and enlightening process.

Update- Renewal came up and they reached out, set up my next appointment and there were no issues with my visit.
