Received the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten from this establishment. Instead of refunding my money or acknowledging the stylist made a mistake they said I was to blame! Was highly disappointed from management response. Will never go back!
After speaking with the founder, he claims some stores are not under his ownership. Therefor he is not able to issue a refund in this case. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability from this establishment!

Saw Josephine this morning for the first time and she gave me a fantastic pixie! Classic and cool - I couldn't be happier:)

Chop is my go to for a consistent haircut and price. I have had Josephine cut my bangs few times and my more recently a whole haircut. She is very detail oriented and will make sure you leave with a great cut.

The team here are so AWESOME and always take the time to make sure you are welcome, cared for and happy. This place goes the extra mile to take care of customers! THANK YOU ALL!

Melissa always gives me a great cut when I come and see her. She knows exactly what I want and I how I want it cut. She exceeds my expectations every time. We always have good conversation when I’m there and makes going to the barber a pleasurable experience. Definitely keep her around! She’s a great stylist and person! Chop is the best!

It was awful I wish I could post what I was sent out of the shop looking like, I asked for alyssa Morrison pixie and left looking like Jim Carrey from dumb and dumber

Josephine cut my hair today.after getting home and doing my thing to it probably the best haircut I've got in years not only was she professional but she was cute sweet and provided a pleasant experience

In contrast to the other people reviewing this place, my experience was anything but good. Cannot recall the guy's name, but he gave me one of the worst haircuts I've ever had in my life. So terribly uneven on the sides and in the back that when I returned home, my wife and I had to try to balance the cut. A pathetic haircut that I could have done myself. Never again.

CODA: I just spoke to the owner, who called me, and he was deeply sorry I was so dissatisfied with the cut. We spoke at some length, and it seems that my experience at the shop was an extreme rarity. He refunded the charges, and said the next cut he will do personally, and I can just walk in. I will return to Chop when I am due for another cut.

I highly recommend Chop Killearn. Jewel money has been my go to since I’ve moved from out of town. She can make any vision a reality and has never let me down. She has a good eye and has a talent for interpreting any style or idea I may throw her way. Additionally the other staff members (Josephine, Jordan, and many others!) have left a lasting impression and have never failed to make me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a change for the better!

The girl who did my hair was finished really fast and the whole cut was 18 dollars I have about 1 foot of hair and I did a very short cut that was above My ear. Over all they did a great job and I really recommend going here.
