Chow Tyme Grill & Buffet, Pensacola FL

Since its a buffet restaurant, there is no service. The food is okay, although I did found hair in my cabbage. The waitress that I talked to replied "okay? " when I told her about the hair. She stared at me and gave me a feeling that she couldn't care less. Price is reasonable since it's all you can eat.

Worse place to eat had a roach in the food. They don't follow the covid rules.wait 15 minutes to get refill on my drink. Don't recommend anybody to eat there. When I showed them there was a roach in the food they didn't care.then they were speaking Chinese next to me so I didn't understand what they were saying there was 12 of us and we were all very disappointed in the service.

Horrible place to eat. Dirty restaurant and poor management. I wouldn’t eat here again if it was free. Couldn’t get a refill to save my life and manager was very very rude. They are following poor COVID guidelines and someone is going to get sick here.

Friendly staff. Masks required, but not enforced. Gloves required at buffet (supplied at plate area), but not enforced. Food is great as always.

The first and last time I’m coming here. Had very disrespectful costumer service, extremely disrespectful. While we where trying to find a seat the lady talked behind our backs as we walked by. Never again am I going there!

Thier absolutely disgusting and horrible at customer service my child found roches in the food and brought it to thier attention, and called my child a lier, which I wasn't gonna have when I seen it to. I'm the one who killed it. And told me not to ever come back, I would not recommend this place and never will I be back

I come to Chow Tyme almost weekly for dinner. The selection is great, and the flavor isn't lacking at all. Best sushi for the money in town.

Lots of food for a FANTASTIC price they added only $1.60 To the check since my hubby got crablegs.novel concept.who does that? Nowhere else that we've ever eaten at a buffet and added crab legs that it wasn't $10 more. The food was hot and fresh there was a sushi Master there a Hibachi Grill superb salad bar all the food was labeled and the place was very clean our server was attentive what more could you ask for?

The servers suck they always put me in the loudest section. When i ask them not to. They never refill my drink. The servers especially the male ones are rude af.

Food wasn't very good and the selections were limited. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant 2hours before closing.

Pork was raw inside several dishes including dumplings and stuffed mushrooms. Cold crawfish, hard fried shrimp, mushy broccoli in several dishes. The ladies bathroom had leaking toilets and muddy looking debris under it. Stay away.

Very bad service, and the food was not good I wouldn't recommend this place to any one do not waist your time and money!

I go to Chow Tyme every time I'm in Pensacola, FL. Great food and even better service. Great price for seafood, sushi and fresh hibachi cook. I'll be back.

Good buffet, plenty of selection and food bars well stocked. Good variety of foods. Don't know about the bad reviews, never had a bad meal here. Trust me, with my digestive system, if there was something wrong I would pay for it dearly. Then the review claws would be out.

The food here is good for a buffett. I eat here regularly. The reason for four stars is the staff can seem like they want you to get out quickly and the restaurant has a sour smell in one of the dining areas.

Good variety. Something for everyone. A little bland for my taste. Good value. Eat the Mongolian if you like spicey food. You can control the ingredients yourself.

One of the best buffets in town. Great seafood. Fantastic variety of foods! Had an extremely enjoyable experience!

Old food and taste rotten. Never going back and if less than 1 star would put it. Heard bad things and thought maybe they just didn't like but worst Chinese good ever. The waitresses sweep around you while you eating.

The food on the buffet was cold/luke warm temperature during my dinner visit. The ice cream was melting in the case that it was in. I'm not sure what was going on but it was not very enjoyable. Unfortunately, chow tyme is no place I will be returning anytime soon.
