Chris is extremely professional and so helpful, he’s very communicative and compassionate. I’ve never had to go through this process before and had no clue what to do or expect. Especially in a time of distress and eager to get your loved ones out, he really gives you the best advice for you and not his own benefit. He explained everything thoroughly making sure I understood and had all the info I needed. He even called me back to communicate that he had something to tend to and gave me a reference to help me take care of this matter just in case he wouldn’t be able to make it back in time when they update the info on the bond.
