I’ve grown up at CJC, having started when I was three years old. Christ Journey will always be my home, where I was loved on, grew in faith and discovered the blessing of serving others. Grateful!

Christ Journey Is an exceptional church to hear the word of God exalted, find transformative community, and impact greater Miami and the world through its missions!

A very welcoming church, with a great message every Sunday. If you are in search of Christ, hope and fellowship then, Christ Journey is the place to be.

There are so many things I love about this church, but one that stands out is how humble they are.

You will often hear the pastors sharing how they are not perfect. This is because the most important thing for them is for you to have a relationship with The One who is perfect, Jesus Christ.

The church’s heart truly is for you to find and follow Jesus.

My wife and I have been attending Christ Journey Church for 14 years. Needless to say, I would not be able to make that comment if it would not have been for God’s Grace and Christ Journey Church

A welcoming place filled with nice, caring people. Have made so many friends there with whom we can now do life. So glad we found Christ Journey.

It pains me to even be writing something bad about this place. But after seeing all the older reviews of this place being good and being praised I cant go without writing. I'm going to be blunt and honest. This church was everything to me at one point, but one event after another and I realized how messy the place was. Half of the staff and attendants are completely corrupted and think they are on a higher plane than others. I cant share all things about this place because Its not my place to, but I will happily share my personal experience. I'm 20 years old and started going to CJ when I was about 14. I started going to the church because my family felt that we needed to go to god with all my new found depression. While they were right to do so, we were all blind sided one way or another. In my time there I struggled with a lot of depression and found my way to god pretty well with welcoming arms of some and felt cared for. Then as time went on I started to realize that the church somewhat felt more for to make sure we come back for events and fun rather than to praise god. I felt like every message was stuck in the past and everything was take this out of the book rather than taking an input of the message and outputting it in a way to help. Everyone was cliquey and if you weren't perfect you were disgusting and gossiped about or ridiculed. I had gone through somethings and had gone to drugs because I felt I had nothing else. I felt betrayed by god and the church. The youth pastor was changing almost every year and actual problems were looked down on instead of reaching hands out to bring people into light. All I would hear after word got out of me smoking was how sinful and disgusting I was and how I wasn't allowed around most people. I would hear words about me left and right but never in front of me. No one would reach a hand out and the only times I got some hands were when I basically begged and said outrageous things. Now don't get me wrong. Not everyone there is in poor taste. There are many doing gods work there and many going to hear gods word. But I highly recommend not going to be around more Christians or finding great people who will guide you to something good. It is a gamble when you meet someone new there that if they will take you under or help lift you up. There are others who have felt extremely betrayed and disappointed. And I hope that in my stepping up and saying something they may all not feel alone in being denied help or love. God loves you and it is not up to the church to build your relationship with him. I've grown more this last year with god than I ever have in my years at this church. There is no set way to be with god. You choose what's right for you and what helps you. Now I'm not perfect in any way and cant explain things all too well but I hope that this review doesn't just come off as "hate" but as do better please.

Very welcoming church. Always looking to make us better people, not perfect but better daily. Pastor Bill, pastor Ryan and the entire pastoral team are genuine leaders.

I love this place! I have so many friends at Youth Group and I met my former boyfriend there! I plan to come for many years. Our Leaders for Youth are super funny, very happy, and TRUE followers of Christ. I love EVERYONE AT CJSTUDENTS B/c YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU WILL FIND THERE?

I wish I could give 10 stars out of maximum five! I love this church so much that I travel sometimes three hours plus round-trip to attend church every Sunday, and it’s even longer during the week when I go out to my ladies Bible study because then I have to face rush-hour traffic. It’s a schlep! But it is totally worth it! The primary pastor, Pastor Bill White is amazing… whether it’s because he’s extremely personable, extremely intelligent, a great communicator, and a combination of many factors but the experience of his sermon is incomparable! Pastor Ryan is also wonderful, and the most genuine human being you’d ever want to meet and so so loved! All the pastors are exceptional. The music is phenomenal and appealing to a wide spectrum of people They have a great tech/visual arts staff so the entire experience is just a beautiful production. I have had a church life all my life and involved with several different churches, and this is by far my favorite, and needless to say, I have probably 50 churches within a 20 minute drive of me, but there is no comparison. Everyone at the church is super friendly, very loving, very accessible, and anyone with a need will find a loving group to support them. It’s also a very accepting kand welcoming church. I knew pretty quickly when I experienced a service six years ago that this was going to be my new church home. It has a great children’s program and many of those children are now grandparents who have considered this church home for decades. I am a greeter at the church, at every service so if you come visit, please let me know that you read my review and I will be so happy to welcome you!
