My antilock brake system was damaged by a rodent chewing the wires while I was camping. It caused a small fire. I took it to Bob Steel Chevrolet for repairs. They had my truck for five months claiming they could not find parts. I found the parts for them and then they still couldn’t fix. In frustration I removed my truck and took it to Christian Brothers Automotive. From the moment of first speaking with Luther I was so relieved. He took over, found the necessary parts and made the repairs necessary. His cost of repair was almost half of Bob Steel Chevrolet’s estimate! Based on my personal experience, I would recommend Christian Brothers Automotive as the “go to repair” company for any of your automotive needs. Tell them Tom sent you!

Top notch customer service. Had TJ as my advisor for my first time visit to mount and rotate my prepurchased tires. He was able to squeeze me in before thanksgiving with a morning drop off and evening pickup. The level of details this place takes sets the bar for the other shops. I recieved a call notifying me that they did an overall inspection of my truck and sent me a link with all of the pictures and details of issues they saw. Great place and very fair prices.

This was my first time at Christian Brothers and all I can say was the experience was top notch. They provided a full blown inspection of my vehicle identifying everything that needed to be fixed with pictures and an estimate.

James was great at explaining everything and the customer service is 2nd to none!

They have worked on several of my vehicles. They have done brakes, oil changes, tire rotation and installed new belts and plugs. They were very fast and documneted everything with pictures and texted me progress reports along the way. Friendly and free shuttle service to get me home and pick me back up when my car was ready! The staff at Christian Brothers was very professional and courteous. They conducted a thorough inspection on my car, which provided me with information to use for its upkeep. They also kept me informed on my car’s status while maintenance was being performed. Excellent job!

Very proffesional They are efficient. The waiting room is wonderful, the only thing I was unhappy with was the $160 charge for diagnostic. I did go there thinking that I needed a timing belt but on the way my car was acting up. I felt that the $160 charge could have gone towards the repair. I would have made me a lot more happy. But other than that I appreciated the call the next day.
To follow-up. It was my understanding. They offer a complimentary inspection and indeed they gave me a digital. Oh report on everything that was wrong with my car including pictures. But I still feel the 160 could have gone towards the repsir. But I definitely will use them again. Hopefully not being charged another $160 for diagnostics for I feel that when you bring your car in that should be part of it. Part of the repair process you know to check it out and see what's wrong with it and then fix it anyway. I would recommend them anytime.

My car would not start and I was stuck, I called Christian brothers to see if they could help me. They gave me a name of a reliable, reasonable towing company, and told me that I could have it towed to their shop, and they would look at it that same day. The towing company was able to get the car started and I drove it straight to Christian Brothers. They were able to evaluate, diagnose and fix the issue within a few hours. I was able to get my car back the same day. Tyler was awesome in keeping me informed about everything. I have always liked Christian brothers but now I will not take my cars anywhere else.

Great place for service on your vehicle. Professional, friendly awesome staff, you are kept informed by email/text about your vehicle status. Overall an outstanding experience, my wife and I (my Ram 1500 and her BMW X3) will be a customer for years to come
