I've spent three grand chasing down a vibration in my front end. Got charged several diagnostics for the same problem. The only thing they did was wave one diagnostic fee. Here I am $3,000 or more later with the same exact problem that I brought it to Christian Brothers for. I'm a Christian owned company, and for them to claim their Christian and do a huge mark up on parts and claim that you have a warranty with everything they touch but then don't warranty anything is appalling. I highly suggest not going to Christian Brothers. Just called back again to try to get some answers and Derek the manager hung up on me. The service is good when you're throwing money at them but once you start questioning why nothing's getting fixed this is the kind of service you get. They also told me that I needed to service my power steering system and it started leaking right after I got it back from them they didn't do anything about it said it was coincidence. They also worked on my Chevy charged me $900 to fix my air conditioning told me I had a bad compressor after it stopped working within a month I went to O'Reilly's charged it myself and it's been working fine. I kept giving them second chances thinking that a Christian owned company would be a little bit more honest with me. That was my mistake but the fact that all of my vehicles that they have touched have more problems than they did bringing them in is their mistake that they did nothing to make right. And Derek if you respond to this review stop lying. Just because you have a notepad and you take notes of the things that you want to write down doesn't mean that's what was discussed or what I was told. I have more problems with my vehicles than I did before bringing them to Christian brothers. There is no talking there way out of that

My friend only brings her truck here. They serviced my sister's transmission a while back, quickly and efficiently, her cars been doing very well and no issues so I took mine for the same thing and the cooling system. They did great and it's the first time I ever went to a mechanic where they told me my car was in good condition and didn't try to sell me other services that weren't necessary. Will deff be back for all future car needs. Highly recommend these guys over anyone else tbh.

I drove in because low tire pressure light was on. They took me right away and fixed the tire. They are very polite and professional and plan on going there for all my auto needs. Glad they are in the area.

Fast friendly service. I needed a battery at 430pm on a Friday afternoon. I prefer Interstate Battery and they carried it. Ran the car down to them and within 15 minutes I was on my way.

Great place! They figured out our issues promptly and didn't take advantage of our predicament.just fixed us up quickly and delivered and billed as promised.

Had my air suspension fail on my mercury grand Marquis called and they scheduled me for 8 the following morning they gave me a ride home and checked in out and within a hour gave me two options to fix I choose to convert to regular suspension they ordered the parts and it was ready at 3: 00 pm Great service fair price
