After moving on from the Kia Dealership I decided to try Christian Brothers. I’m glad I did! They have gone above and beyond in helping with my 2018 Kia Soul.
I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

I was happy to get my work truck back with everything in good working order as it really had so many things going wrong, it feels new again!

Excellent certified mechanics, new and clean waiting room, complete inspection includes suggested repairs without any high pressure, and very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

I was at Cristian Brothers Automotive the other day and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable I had a front end alignment done and when I got the truck back they pulled it right to the front door and put a cold water in the truck for me. Excellent customer service, clean and a wonderful experience!

Clean facility, courteous people, work done right, they keep you updated on your vehicle’s status via text, the provide a printout of the work and any recommendations. Probably the best auto repair experience of my life. I’ll definitely go back.

I Almost took my car back to another business that wasn't as knowledgeable (and possibly the very reason why my car had so many issues)

PROS:
I had serious front mount issues and issues while driving
The thoroughness the mechanics did and attention to detail helped save my issues&I now have a smooth ride and can get up to speed properly in my car. I also had new brakes replaced, oil change, & A/C issue resolved

George was able to help me with a better price range

CONS:
-Poor communication -
I dropped my car off the day before, received a call in the morning the next day, but did Not receive updates throughout the day about the status of my car, or what was or was not being done untill the business was closed (I ended up calling in before then because I was unsure)
-Prices are steep and not very cost effective, and I felt as if I may as well had gone to a dealership with what I paid.

Can’t get much better service. Dropped my car off in the morning they dropped me off at work. Got a call mid day explaining what they found with their free courtesy check. Passed on some of the items and there was no sales pitch just information. They had the car done by the end of the day and even picked me up from work. Could not be happier.

Fast service.got me right in to check out my van and ended up changing alternator.completely fair price
. I will be coming back. 5 stars!

Drove by this business a few times as it was being built and thought it was great to have an option outside of the outrageously expensive car dealers on Clark Rd. A few months later I found out that they sponsored a little league baseball team that my son played on and figured I’d give them a shot. WOW! The shop is immaculate. They were extremely courteous and informative. Booking an appointment was a breeze online. I was able to hop on their WiFi and get work done while my car got tuned up. Scott (owner) and his staff are first class. It’s great to have such a wonderful business and alternative in the area. I’ll be going their anytime my cars need work done and will recommend to all my family and friends with confidence. True breath of fresh air to have this wonderful business in SRQ.

Worst experience we have ever had! Car has been in four times two different issues, the first issue was stalling very dangerous as it would stall on interstate, after multiple gaslighting attempts stalling issue still not fixed and my son almost got killed on his way home from picking up car from you for the fourth time! $2500 and still stalling? We will see you in court to get back the $2500 from you and take to a company that will fix this issue!
I would not recommend and will continue to warn people of this experience.
Won’t even go into the other issues at hand!

I received a free quote here last week for my brakes. They gave me a full detailed report on everything that needed to be repaired. I was able to get onto the schedule as quickly as I needed.

The day of my appointment they took me 20 minutes early (as I had arrived). The shuttle was very quick, and they had my front brakes done within an hour! Fast and friendly service!

The total cost was the exact amount they had quoted me for. Which I think is an important detail.

Definitely recommend for honest local repairs for a fair price.

New business has opened up near Clark by GOOD people who take care of all your car needs! I stoped by for an oil change and to check on the car! The manager point to me that my front tires are about to pop and I would not notice it unless i looked on the inside of the car threads! They managed to get new set of tires and replace on the same day! Super happy with the great service! I also met the owner Scott! You are not just getting good value, you are dealing with people who have great values! Definitely recommend!
