Not professional. I tried to call them to set up an appointment and they hang up on me twice. I've been going there since Dr. Ramos. It's not the same anymore. Dr. Christina M. Senesac what's happening to your office. I will never go to your office again! Shame yall. The 2nd call they answered told me if I can wait I said "sure" and they hanged up! Bravo your office are awesome this is how yall treat your patient? BRAVO hands down! Unbelievable

Never received call for the 1: 55 virtual appointment that was scheduled. I called at 2: 55 wondering what had happened they could not explain why I did not get the message because it had been sent out. Received a call back at 303 p.m. To establish the appointment contact from christina. During our conversation the text message came in to initiate the virtual as scheduled on the text link. Apparently there was a technical issue with the system because I never got the text until way after the fact.

The best PCP I’ve had in a long time. Always available when needed very thorough and helpful! I just love her

Dr Senesac was curt, dismissive, cold, impatient, indifferent, impersonal, uncaring, in a hurry to get me out, and talked so fast without effort to be sure I understood and got important things she said written down. I will never return.

I felt I was spoken down to, lectured and my BP, which was stroke level was not treated. Instead I was told to take another weeks worth of BP readings (I had a weeks BP’s documented) and have a Skype appointment in a week. Went to urgent care the next morning and was immediately given meds in the office to bring my BP down and given a script for medication. I have changed MD’s. Also, I was a patient of Dr. Ramos and always saw him. He was prompt, professional and efficient. I have not seen an MD since he retired due to “no availability with the MD. ” I worked for ascension for 18 years before I retired and I’m very disappointed patients would be treated this way.

As always it is a pleasure for my daughter's doctor visits. Christina and staff is always concern about her medical needs. The staff is always pleasant.

Ms. Senesac is our primary care provider and takes care of my husband and I, as well as my adult daughter. I wouldn't trust anyone else. She is thorough, knowledgeable and so kind! Christina is genuine, never rushes appointments, listens to her patients and cares. She's rare in the doctor world!

Christina and T are, hands down, amazing. On time, informative, and easy to talk to. I'm confident in the answers Christina gives me and have complete trust in her care.

She was very thorough in reviewing my history prior to coming in the room and was concerned for my health asking the appropriate questions resulting in a very positive visit.

Very pleased with the time, professionalism and knowledge that Christina displayed while taking care of me. Also very satisfied that they were able to get my A1C checked and send me for an X-ray downstairs, all the same day. Congratulations Ascension, you guys are doing a great job.

She took her time, explained, she’s really nice and seam to care about her patients, and understands, I really like her and feels comfortable with her.

Nurse practioner senesac has been excellent. She knows how to talk to each patient individually. She also is quick on referrals. I will only see her and listen to her. In my opinion she should become a dr. She seems like she actually cares for your overall well being.

Christina always listens to any concerns I have, she asks questions and always gives me the truth in what I am concerned about. She is great!

The staff is so friendly and senesac made me feel like I was valid with my concerns and made me feel 100% better when I left.

C. Senesac is very open to listening to your thoughts and opinions, and then makes appropriate professional decisions and recommendations. I have a high level of trust in her direction. She is also a pleasant person that is easy to talk with.

My brother and I love Christina, she takes her time with us, explaining what we need to know.

Christina is very knowledgeable and compassionate while taking care of her patients. She spends quality time with her patients and allows plenty of time to answer your questions. I applaud her for her timeliness, sincerity, compassionate attitude and professionalism. She has become a very special friend that I can always rely on to take good care of my medical needs. Christina is definitely a keeper!
