Dr. Pappas is the best. He repaired a plantar ligament on my toe#2 many years ago. When I started having similar symptoms on the other foot, he caught it early and I was able to avoid a surgery on that foot. Always explained everything in terms I could understand. The entire staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr Pappas and Staff are so professional easy to talk to, Considerate and very much informative. I will highly recommend Dr. Pappas to my friends and family.

Absolutely horrible, inconceivable, No empathy, Most Nastiest of all on the phones. Very dismissed. Cold hearted people employed answering the phones. I have never felt like a piece of garbage talking to nasty and unexperienced people on the phone. I've been a patient there for almost 7 yrs. I love my doctor Dr. Papass who is TRYING to safe my life and his assistance Flora. They both are THE BEST! But my emergency to get through for 5 days was one of the firsts for me going to that office. I had an emergency when I called day 1 I was told HE cannot see you till your appointment. When I called a second time computer was down and was told I was getting a call back waited day and half. Third time I was told can't see him till your appointment. Wait what I'm a PATIENT not a NEW PATIENT. So third time again I was told wait or go to the hospital but keep your December appt. So let me get this straight, I'm a patient for 7 yrs, I'm not suppose to wait during an emergency so basically you live with your sickness without seeing the doctor or just heck go see other doctors in the hospital that probably don't know how to treat my condition. So the old Staff that were his right hand people, whom are gone and were THE BEST and stranger after strangers at his front desk are absolutely there for 1 thing only.a pay check. Nothing about the patient's sickness or anything about the patient period. It was heart breaking for me to struggle to see him and there frustration as to get me there ASAP. Which took 5 days. Horrible way to conduct Corporate. I will stop because it's not good to ask a question that is in someone's control but has trained heartless people at the phones.
Dr. Papa's and Flora are absolutely percent saving life and others. But your Corporate part is Heartless Nasties and Unexperienced.

Dr. Christopher Pappas is very knowledgeable in his field. In my opinion he’s one of the best! He is kind and down to earth and he listens attentively, which makes for an even better experience.

Is very good doctor, take his to be able to fix the problem, and explain the injury and procedures well. I just had a bunion revision surgery done from doctor Pappas on September 26,2023.
