Chrysalis Health, Daytona Beach FL

DO NOT recommend Chrysalis Health's psychiatric department. From the time my child was prescribed medication, there were issues with the pharmacy to fill due to the licensing on record with the FL Department of Health not being adequate to allow more than a 7-day prescription. After going back and forth with the office and the pharmacy for a WEEK, the meds were finally filled. Despite me insisting the pharmacy does not see the licensing that is REQUIRED to prescribe this medication, the nurse practitioner insists she does have those credentials and doesn't know "where they're getting their information. " The practitioner had a bit of an attitude at our follow up appointment and constantly interrupting me when I'm trying to speak. Getting ahold of somebody is like pulling teeth. Apparently the assistant doesn't always get the voicemails I leave, which is not her fault, but what kind of system setup is that? The voicemails just go into oblivion where they don't know when patients are calling? The most effective way of communication is email? ! It's very frustrating when it takes DAYS to get a simple task done, that results in my child suffering, and me taking time away from work to chase others down to do their job. I will be seeking care elsewhere and do not recommend using the psychiatry department at all. Therapists are great though!

Crystal is health has been a godsend to me, and there's a lady there Holly Stanfield who has went out of her way to help me and I can't say enough about her, the most patient and kind person I've ever met! Thank you Holly!
