Chuck E. Cheese, Ocala FL

Food is good. Kids love the games. However staff is horrible. We were there on Thursday and I've never experienced anything like that at Chuck E. Cheese. Nobody to greet us. Had to ask to get me and my kids hand stamped. Kids had fun on games. We counted our tickets, took total to counter for prizes and was met with poor service again. Kids picked out one thing each, and were told that was all they get. (They had 100 points left each) Maybe it was just her, but extremely poor customer service. And to top it off they never checked to see if those were my kids when leaving. I could have left with any kid and they wouldn't have cared and or checked. Scary.

The kids had alot of fun and i love the card's 1 hour unlimited play. It makes it a little easier. Staff was awesome and helpful. The food was Great.

I would rate 1/2 star if I could. Went with out grandson and it is possibly the worst staff at any cec from Texas to Florida. We do travel alot. Worst

We had the mega star birthday party in the birthday room, 4 children and 4 adults. The party was so disorganized! In the mega star, the children got a play card with 2 hours unlimited but because it was a party the cards couldn't be paused when the food was served and chuckie came out, the birthday song was done, than the cake and presents. They call all the kids back to the table, don't bring all the food out at the same time, dont refills the soda pitchers, then another person brought another pizza we ordered to the table but just tossed at the opposite end from where anyone was sitting, didn't say a word and left
If I didn't see it happen I wouldn't have known it was there. Then 5 mins were announced to when the birthdays would be recognized than postponed than another 7 minutes. Mind you this is all lingering on the play time. It was close to an hour wasted
This party cost 200.00 and they really cheated the kids

Almost half the games were broken, not giving out tickets. It's gotten progressively worse ovr the yrs

Awesome for everyone! The play pass is priced well for unlimited play for a set amount of time.they have amazing, delicious pizza! Totally worth the time and money to keep you and your kids busy and fed! Great location, easy parking.

All of the games either don’t have any tickets at all, or they don’t work. And it’s been the last 4 times I have gone and it’s has not changed. And then the whole building smells like a rotten fart

Great place to take care he little ones to keep the occupied pice is affordable just fill they should offer more token for your money

I would not reccomend this place for a birthday party. We went there for my sons 5th birthday party when we arrived they did not have a table for us because they switched our table with another birthday party that was for the next day even though I reserved our party a month in advance. Everyone ordered their food it took almost 2 hours for everyone to get their food. The chuck e birthday celebration was suppose to start but the tv screen kept looping for 45 mins. We notified our server, the asst manager, and the store manager but they had no idea what was going on. The birthday celebration finally started about 10 mins before we had to leave then they brought out the birthday cake and it had the wrong number of candles on it. We tried to explain to the server but all she said was didnt they announce how old he was and we said no at this point my son was almost in tears because everyone was getting upset and this was supposed to be a special time for him turning 5 I am so disappointed in the way they run their birthday parties.

The entrance is dangerous to get to because you have to cross the parking lot which is by the traffic light. The place was nice, but not enough help.

Pizza was good, bathrooms were dirty, games wasn't giving tickets, some games wasn't working and Chuck E. Cheese acted like it was kinda shy of the children. They gave out about 40 tickets to maybe 8 children.

It is a good place to let the kids u wind. The Downside to this is the cost of the awards at the end. Play for an hour and earn enough tickets for a plastic spider and 2 pieces of candy. Their reward system needs an overhaul. Dave and Busters is much better in this regard. Play for an hour and you could take home something fairly cool like a mug, towel, or maybe an outdoor ball for the kids. The place was packed so their model for business must be working, it is just a little depressing when your child wants a little plastic airplane and you realize you would have to bring them 12 times to earn enough tickets.or just go to Walmart and spend 3 bucks on it.

Service was poor. Game Machines kept running out of tickets, and many machines didn't work at all.: (But managed to have some fun anyway!

Love the new menus kids had a great time. Could you some work in cleaning up the bathroom area smells horrible. Salad bar was awesome as well.

The kids had fun but it's overpriced and dirty. They need more attentive employees and more employees in general. Best part was the photo booths

Where do I start.trash not emptied throughout night, tables not cleaned off periodically, staff have major attitudes with each other, many games out of tickets, 3 out of 5 counting machines out of order, bathrooms dirty/wet and slippery oh and as far as the child and parent checks.a joke. My 4 year old daughter was able to wonder outside with a strange family and was found outside crying while l was frantically searching for her inside. Will not return and do not recommend

Came here because we were visiting from the Villages for Easter weekend. Walked in and was surprised at how clean it was! Unfortunately that’s when things started to go downhill, I let my son and husband buy the unlimited game card for 70 minutes while I walked up to order a few drinks and an Italian sub. While I walked up I saw another man and his son waiting and looking around.there was employees walking by and not helping at the counter and even the lady stamping arms just staring at us for over 20 minutes. Finally some guy come out of the back and just stares blankly into space while having his “EarPods” in listening to music the guy finally asks after 10 more minutes “are we ready So finally it’s my turn to place my order I ordered one kids drink two regular drinks and a Italian sub meal it took him 10 minutes to ring it up and then tells me my total is $33! I said 33 dollars for what? I look down and i saw a sub platter. SERIOUSLY! I tell him you sold me the sub platter I just wanted a meal he laughed and said “oh”. Then finally after this whole disaster it took 45 minutes to get my food and the fries were like warm I sent it back and got my money back I will NEVER be back here. Corporate update this and train these employees it’s honestly not that hard to work at a Chuck E. Cheese.

First time there
Really liked it, my son loved it for his birthday. Employees don’t enforce rules enough. Draw your picture machine was down all day even with repeated reminders.

It was a very special day and it was a great place to celebrate birthday partys and for any occasion. It was AWESOME
