Staff is good, location is cheap and the kids will have fun. It’s just old and it shows I wish they would remodel. It could be cleaner and more organized. Also I’ll never forget the shooting that was on the news at this very location about a year ago please keep our children’s play places safe and always be aware of ur closest exits and children.

I had both of my son birthday parties there, the host was amazing and services were great!

Most games not working or not paying out proper "points" (tickets) also took a very long time to get our pizza considering the lack of crowd there.

Clean place. Nice people. Accommodating service. Fun place for small children. (Not too much for 2 yes of age and below though.)

Highlight: Most of the games work lol Food is overpriced. Service is a hit or miss depending on who and what day your being served. If it weren't for Chukee Cheese showing up, we would have left. My most recent experience with service was disappointed and I will not be hosting any of my kid's birthday parties here. We will only come back in another blue moon based on a rare requests from my kiddos. Look for deals online & get the app

Had to wait over 30min for a very pricey pizza plus no apologies, no manners, no training, I guess. Very disappointed.

It a nice place for children. But the pizza is just to expensive i spent $184.00 on pizzas and reloaded wrist bands

Nice place for kids to have fun experience and good for birthdays. I like this place because they keep this place clean. Employees are friendly, and prices for games are fear. Prices for food is to high. Small drinks are $2.99 pizzas prices to expensive. And pizza quality is not good.

Place has changes a lil since my way way long time ago visit lol. Now to play its by minutes and not tokens. You buy how many minutes you want your child to play for. Ex. 45 minutes, 60 minutes and so forth. My girls and niece and nephew had a blast. It was nice and clean. Service associate Elizabeth at service desk was friendly and knowledgeable about any question i had. If you need to eat you can pass the card, so that way the minutes dont count against you. Only dowsized is that if you buy 60 mimutes but only used 30 minutes and lets say you want to use it tomorrow you xant, point expired and dont carry over. In overall place was kept clean and the few associate I met where nice.

Everything was fine until it was time to leave and no one was at the door. I walked out with both of my kids without any questioning. What is the point of stamping everyone’s arm. Very dangerous! Lucky for me I trust no one and told my kids to stay away from the door, and I watched the door! The door was unattended for a long time too. Disappointing!
