Chuck E. Cheese's, Tallahassee FL

We had my son's party at the Tallahassee location and he had a blast? He loved seeing chuck e. Thank you to all the employees who made it his special day. Our only complaint is he wanted gummy rings as part of his prize and tho both bins in the case we're full, we were told they couldn't get rid of those bc they were out? Was kinda confused.other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Food was super super expensive and a little crowder but my 7 year old son loved it and that's what matters

Tonight we had our son’s 5th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese and I was honestly surprised how well it came out. Our party host was outstanding and made sure every need was met. Every person on the staff was helpful and professional. Already looking into his birthday for next year.

Horrible staff. One of my family member felt discriminated and insulted. Instead of apologizing she kept laughing. Not ok.

Was told CEC would come out every 30 mins, was there almost 2 hrs before my kids saw him. Ordered 3.49 french fries and got maybe 15 fries. Last time I ordered the same thing and received at the very least twice that amount. Been here several times, this visit was the only time I was disappointed.

Chuck e. Cheese is just chuck e. Cheese. Usually Fun for the kids, but a little disappointed that they keep getting more and more baby games.there seem to be no fun games. Even my kid got bored. And she is 5!

Other than the bathroom doors being so heavy that children (unsupervised) can't get in and out when they are in a rush to go, I think the facility is okay.
The food is over priced for what you get unfortunately and now you have to pick up and clean up after yourself it really took the "personal service" out of the whole experience.

Great place for family time with kids, always extra busy, food is pretty good as well. Birthday party rates are good. I'm only giving 4 stars because unfortunately when you have a birthday party time on card cannot be stopped, so no matter how long it takes them to bring out food and get Chucky ready for kids show, the kids lose time that's the only disappointment. Always busy if you looking for a quit place this is definitely not the spot but great for kids.

Kids love it so do some adults.playing the games is fun even though know it's stacked against you. Food is very pricey.but service is excellent and staff are very mannered

My 3 and 1/2 year old enjoyed herself and I must say that it was nice to be in an environment where the staff was diverse and fairly young yet very customer service oriented. Although I did wind up spending way more than originally anticipated, it was fulfilling to part ways with my hard earned money in an establishment that was worthwhile. The pizza and wings were delicious as well! Keep up the good work guys! Us parents appreciate your patience and friendliness and dont mind patronizing smiles and kind gestures.

This ChuckECheese is nice and clean. What impressed me the most is that even when there were only 2 families inside when we went to leave they still made sure to check and make sure we were leaving with our child. As a parent it made me so happy they did.

It's a great place as far as bringing the kids for a birthday party and or family get together for the children. But prices are a little high and sometimes people are not always the nicest.

We had a Birthday party there for my grandson. The staff was, on the whole, friendly with the children. The place was clean. My only complaint is, even though everyone's hands were stamped upon entering, none were checked when we left.

A lot has changed, seems like only yesterday that I was playing in a ballpit with the unvaccinated kids. Took my kid here and she had fun, even though there's not a play place area inside like some of the others. She seemed to like this vegan rat they're trying to pass off as Chucky, but she doesn't know the fat, unwashed, neckbearded rat from days of yore. Pizza wasn't bad, tastes even better next to a sneezing kid.

The place seems small for the amount of people who flow through there, especially on a saturday. I guess cause it's the only chuck e cheese in tally lol. Customer service was on point and pizza was actually good.

I was picking up an order for a delivery service after waiting close to 15 minutes I was given the wrong order and then had my customer upset with me, by the way there was two people picking up delivery orders at the same time apparently was too complicated

I was at Chucky E. Cheese for my niece's 7th birthday party. We reserved seating ahead of time. I was really impressed by the staff. They were very attentive to my niece and all the kids. They facilitated the little events. They smiled while they sang Happy Birthday. They were interactive with all the kids and giving high-fives. My niece had a blast, and the Chuck E. Cheese staff played a huge part in that.

Who doesn’t love this place? My son had his party here and everyone had a blast! Great memories made!

Food came out slow but I sympathized the fact the lady in the kitchen only had 1 hand. Service was ok. I would also advise parents to play the games with your child to prevent rip offs.
