Churromania Hialeah Gardens, Miami Lakes FL

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and updating the review, same well deserved and I don’t know how they do it, but they always have awesome staff. Recurring face since I came for the first time the staff is always in a great mood.
Thank you always for outstanding customer service and deliciousness in a bag.

Churros were good but customer service was the worst. I went today 10/18 at around 8 pm, there was a blonde young woman working there that had a really bad attitude, she would throw the order on the counter for the customer to pick it up, I had ordered some churros and she went to the back to prepare them but then I realized I wanted to add something else to my order so I stood in front of the register to wait for her so I could order again and she looked at me trough the window and told me ‘’ what do you want’’ with attitude, this girl rolled her eyes at me and told me ‘’ now you need to wait because I am on the back” then proceeded to take my order FROM THE BACK while rolling her eyes at me. I was not even rushing her in the first place I just stood there to wait for her. When. She came to the front she told me to move so she could take the order for other customers even though I was already in front of the register ready to pay for something I had ordered already. This is what ruins a business I think customer service is so important and being kind has never hurt anyone.
