Food here is honestly great. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because they have a habit of messing up a certain order.

Service from our waiter was good, but the food was kind of blah. Seriously go somewhere else if you want flavor.

Both the food and service is spectacular. The boom-boom sauce is aptly named because it's the bomb!

My mother literally found a metal screw in her enchilada. The manager who approached us only stated "we've been looking for that screw". How this place passed a health inspection is beyond me.

Yummy! Great food, big portions, lots to try on the menu, and oh my gosh the creamy jalapeno sauce is so good. My husband and I love coming here for lunch. The fajitas and Chuychanga (their version of a Chimichanga haha) are super good. Great prices too. Drink wise, try a frozen margarita:)

Awful! They bring us the wrong drinks and apologize and say they won’t charge us for the wrong drinks and then they bring the wrong food and I tell them I don’t want it and just bring bill and box up other food and then we get the Bill with food I did not want because it was wrong and the drinks I did not order. Worst experience ever and I’ve eaten at other Chuys.

Food was bland and made me have loose bm. Service was great. It's a shame that the food was terrible.

I use to adore this place. But within the past year or so it's gone downhill between service and quality of food, ordered enchiladas and they aparently ran out of rice and didn't tell us and gave double beans, so I paid 12 dollars for 2 enchiladas and beans. I don't even like beans unless I mix in the rice. I would have gone somewhere else had I known that. Or atleast get a discount on the bill

Went yesterday for lunch the 5/21/21. We haven't been there since the pandemic, been there a couple of times after they first opened. It was about a 4 star then but after yesterday we won't be back. We know that a lot of restaurants are short handed these days but they weren't crowded where we sat and the service terrible. You had very little choices on the menu, actually we should have just left after looking at the menu. Good luck to this place, we won't be back.

This was the first Chuy's location I tried and now it's one of my/my wife's favorite restaurants. I always get the big-as-your-face burrito with fajita chicken and boom boom sauce. Be careful things are actually pretty spicy here! If you need it cut, get the jalapeno ranch to cool you off. Margaritas are good here as well. Love this place oh and the have a good happy hour too!

There salsa and chips are awesome! Had the steak tacos with side salad which all came out quickly and tasted phenomenal. Would definitely visit again!

Best Mexican food I have ever had in my life! I am from Michigan so this is my first time here and I absolutely loved this place. If I ever come back to Gainesville again I will definitely come back! The waitress was amazing and the service was outstanding. If you ever come to Gainesville you should come to this restaurant.

We made a huge to-go order and everything was packed and ready to go right on time. I had one small issue, and the manager Sheppard came out and handled it no problem. One of our favorite restaurants to eat at!

Reminds me of the old days.smoking or non smoking has now become social distancing or not social distancing. Don't even care at this point, just wanted a booth and food. Spending my birthday waiting on a table while looking at soooo many empty tables.very frustrating.

Plenty of food, reasonably priced, outstanding service from Megan and some of the best Mexican cuisine I've had in a long time

Really good Tex-Mex food, great staff, great service, with decent pricing. We'll be going back and you should check them out sometime! You'll be pleased!

The dips are amazing here! The jalapeño ranch dip is the best. Good place to go and get a quick bite and the atmosphere is so colorful and vibrant. I would recommend this location.
