Best day ever! I LOVE this salon and spa! I had a massage and facial for my birthday, and I was obsessed with the results. Highly recommend Ciao Bella for any of your personal style needs and services. All the products and services are absolutely amazing! The stylists are professional, talented, and very friendly.

This Spa is unbelievable! Stunning and peaceful atmosphere. One of the most incredible massages I have ever tried. Catch and release massage was a 5-Star experience!

This place is amazing! What a gorgeous high-end spa and salon. The people who work there are friendly and so helpful. I was there for a spray tan; it was my first experience being sprayed by a person instead of going into a tan machine. The results were great; my tan looks natural, not orange at all, and no streaks! Worth every penny!

Michelle Bertelli at Ciao Bella is absolutely amazing! She did my makeup for my wedding as well as my bridal party's hair and makeup, and made us feel absolutely beautiful. She knew exactly the looks to do and nailed it. She was patient and fun on wedding day, and was truly a dream to work with! Love her and highly recommend!

I went to Ciao Bella a few months back while on my honeymoon in the Florida Keys. I needed a massage after all the wedding celebrations. The owner of this salon is AWESOME! She treats her clients like they are family. She was completely lovely, and the spa was the same way. My massage was great as well as my manicure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone living in the area or just stopping through.

I had originally booked hair and makeup with a salon/spa in Marathon two months before my wedding. They called me 24 days before the wedding to tell me there was another bridal party that day and asked if I could push my appointments back and I’d also have to come into the salon, instead of them coming to me. To say the least I was upset, that because I was responsible and booked ahead of time that they would even consider calling me to ask me to rearrange my appointments to accommodate this other bride. So 24 days before my wedding I went in search of someone else to do my hair and makeup. I had heard great things about Ciao Bella Salon/Spa, so I called them. They booked me an appointment and asked me what time I’d like to come in. I arrived and the Salon was gorgeous and the staff members were very nice. I met with my hair/makeup stylist, Erin. First time meeting her, on my wedding day! I showed her some pictures and away she went. She is so nice, loved talking to her and she listened to what I wanted. My makeup was perfect. In fact, a couple days later I contacted her and asked what foundation she used, because it was perfectly color matched to my skin tone. And my hair could have not turned out more beautiful! My hair stayed put all night and my makeup lasted through a night time of dancing! I will be seeing Erin and Ciao Bella Salon/Spa again soon. They have found a new customer!

Denise gave me the best facial & spray tan I’ve ever had and I’m 50 and have had many of both: I got the red carpet facial with dermappane & she was phenomonal. She’s a perfectionist and truly an artist. Truly, an amazing experience.

Had a terrific time! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, Frank was an amazing therapist. Very nice steam shower with eucalyptus! 5 stars for sure!

They get rave reviews, and are highly recommended by the local people! If someone gives them a review, 2 weeks ago, for service in last October, and it's not favorable, then it's definitely a competitor, or they got the wrong place but there's no way with all the 5 star reviews and after my experience, that I could believe that review.

I hired them for my wedding (to do my hair and all of my bridesmaids) and they were AWFUL. Please, heed my advice and DO NOT HIRE THIS SALON FOR YOUR WEDDING! The woman who did my hair had me in tears with her rudeness and aggression on my wedding day - no bride deserves that. The getting ready process should be fun and lighthearted and I promise you it won’t be with these women.

Replying to the owner response: this is most certainly not a fake review. Your salon would have my maiden name on file. I got married last October at Playa Largo and Michelle did my hair. I sent the owner of the salon a long email explaining in detail my experience (which I never received a reply). So incredibly disappointed with your salon and I want to help prevent other brides from having the same negative experience on their big day.

I was nervous having a new hair dresser! However, Alda Is such a sweet woman who knows exactly how to handle curly hair! She, herself having a voluptuous curly mane, clearly knows what’s up! Squeezed me in literally last minute to work her magic! I feel fluffy and refreshed. Thank you Alda!

Oh! And shout out to the main receptionist for being a total scheduling boss!

Ciao Bella did my wedding hair and make up and I could not be happier with my decision! They are friendly, communicative, easy to work with and incredibly talented!

Michelle did my hair and make up and I am over the moon with my results. I did a trial with her about a year before and she even went above and beyond, giving suggestions for rehearsal locations which we were so happy with.

The make up stood the true test of time, lasting through me jumping into the pool at the end of the night! I cannot recommend them enough and am so happy I went with them for my wedding. Love Ciao Bella and especially Michelle!
