Ciao Italia Ristorante reviews
15Great food fresh to order hot bread atmosphere clean staff goes above & beyond with water bread & what ever is needed I would recommend to those in the Orlando area to visit
This was our second time and they never disappoint. It takes me back to my trip to Italy. The service and the quality food. We will visit them again whenever we are in town. I had the cheese tortellini with short ribs and mushrooms and a delicious cream sauce.
Food was excellent, the only downer was we booked a table but had to wait 30 minutes.
Well worth the wait though.
We were a large group that Ciao Italia was able to accommodate at the last minute, which was great. Service was very attentive and enthusiastic, but they also very keen to 'up sell'. Be warned, we ended up with a $48 bill for water ($8 per bottle!) on top of our wine and food bill.
Calamari wasn’t cooked properly. It was chewy. Noodles were over cooked. Would never recommend this place.
Guys! You must try this place of you are in the area. My family and I has the pleasure of dining here Christmas Day. The chef had an awesome 7 fish Lasagna (including Lobster, Scallops, Clams, Mussels etc.) It was tasty and plentiful. The Lobster Bisque was great as well. If you are not a fan of seafood. Go for the Pollo Marsala! The staff were great and location to our Hotel was perfect
Excellent food but I'd prefer more low carb options. Wait staff are top knotch. Cute atmosphere but so very loud.
What a delicious meal. Real Italian food that was so delicious. Fair prices, great service, and did I day how good the food was? Even the bread you get before the meal was scrumptious. It's in a strip mall but don't let that fool you. It's a genuine Italian restaurant that you will really enjoy.
This is another Italian restaurant that is an annual visit. The trio waiters are very Italian in nature - its not a bad thing just the way it is. I do love the food. One of my favs is the seafood Linguine and the Chicken with Limonecello sauce. Worth a visit when in the Orlando area.
I ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken. The portion was very small and tasted bland. It is very expensive for what you get. I do not recommend.
This place was good at one time so I went back after Covid & I ordered Veal Parmesan they must of went to a Supermarket and got it from the frozen section [Inedible] My wife wanted Salmon Approx. $26 and the waiter said it had Bones so he brought another piece of Fish that was Approx. $41
I won't go back.
The restaurant was clean. The waiters are super friendly and on point. The food is very authentic and delicious. We will definitely be back.
The food was good but unfortunately the service was unforgettably disturbing. We were seated right away when we arrived for our reservation but then I watched other parties who arrived after us be serviced before us. I overheard the waiter go over the "special of the day" with a party near us but when he came to our table he failed to mention anything about the special. I had to bring it to his attention and he used the excuse that he thought the other waiter had already told us. Food was flavorful but my husband's risotto was undercooked and gritty. The seafood and tomato sauce atop of the risotto was delicious. He let the waiter know, who then had it remade, but returned with another undercooked dished and told us "Italians eat their food al dente. " My husband being a chef himself already knew what it was at that time. He ordered another meal instead. I had the seafood linguine which was very good. The sauce was flavorful and they put enough sauce in the dish. Usually I have to order extra sauce with my pasta. The scallops in the pasta were delicious and cooked perfectly. I watched the waiters box up other parties' leftovers for them but for us they did not. He left the to-go box on the table for us to do ourselves. For the amount of money we spent, I expected this service to be done. I listened to the waiters go over the desserts with other parties as well but we were not even asked about wanting dessert. After my husband explained to the waiter that his risotto was undercooked, he started avoiding our table altogether. I left feeling very bothered. It's very unfortunate that in 2022 we still have to deal with this type of treatment. We would have gladly returned solely based on the food but I refuse to spend my hard earned money where I'm not wanted.
The food was delicious, the bread without comparison to anything of how good it was, the gnocchi should be ordered when going to the restaurant and if you are lucky they will try them, since they make them very rarely, they are the most delicious thing I have ever tasted in my life (being not a lover of gnocchi) the server is always attentive to what you need without the need to ask, the quantities of food are perfect, so do not hesitate to try homemade Italian food in this restaurant.
Was clean, looks like fine dinning. Service could have been a little bit more attentive. Only offered the wine section for the adults, neglected to offer kids something to drink. The chicken alfredo had no chicken, my grandson was complaining where's the chicken. Lobster biscuit soup, karamales and salad were good. Main dish had no side items. We were 9 and given only 1 basket of bread. Had to ask for more. Lemon dessert was excellent.
