Cicis Pizza, Naples FL

The place is clean, friendly, unexpensive and well managed. But this is a family restaurant. Managers can't be blamed for the somewhat noisy atmosphere. Parents who let their kids scream, cry and run must.

Great staff! The manager and a customer was so quick to help when my autistic child had a melt down.

Love going here Phil is awesome even the young employees very polite. Clean facility and very good pizza. We missed 2022 as we r seasonal but hope to be back in 2023. Don’t forget to tip the table cleaners as well

I like the fact there is always a large selection of pizza yo choose from. Service is fast. They will make you any kind 9f pizza you want if it's not already out.

It's buffet pizza, not the greatest but it'll do if you're really hungry. Salad bar was pretty lackluster. Not too many options.

Haven't been to this location in over 5 years! Glad to see it's still up and running even during covid. Great food and very affordable. Will definitely keep coming back.

Really well run Ci Ci's. Clean, fresh food and the manager was super on point. He greeted every guest coming in and thanked everyone as they left, kept the buffet clean and orderly, asked everyone if there was a pizza they'd like him to put out. I was very impressed and will definitely be back.

The pizza here isn’t the greatest (im Italian, im very picky with my pizza). The building itself seems very old and outdated.

Wow! Great service! Super friendly staff members… All of them seemed happy to be there and to assist all their customers with a huge smile and friendly attitude. We really enjoyed our time at this location and will definitely come back many more times!

Great food. You have a different variety of pizza and desserts. The manager their is awesome and always makes sure we have the type of pizza we want. They also have a small game room for the kids to play in.

The best CiCis Ive been at in the entire country! My kids always beg to go multiple times when we are in town. The Manager is so so kind and nice to everyone, and you can tell he really cares about everyone having a great experience. Super clean, great staff, great selection of pizzas and food. This was my first time at CiCi’s and I was thoroughly impressed! We were there for a going away event for a dear friend. The manager Phil made sure everything went well. He went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied. Another worker was kind enough to help me untangle a bunch of balloons without me asking. The food was fresh and the place was clean. The prices can’t be beat and the place was kid friendly. The customer service was an A+! Thank you so much for giving us a memorable experience!

Wow! We definitely will be back. This place was very clean and the staff was amazing. The food was awesome and Philip was very kind and nice so was the other 2 workers. They was running this place with 3 people. And Philip was making sure that everybody had what they needed or wanted. They took the time to talk with us also. They cared about our needs. Ya don't get much of that anymore. So if you live pizza and salad and desserts and bread sticks it's the place to go. We were at store 531 In Bonita Springs. Thanks for a kind and clean and great atmosphere! Can't beat the price, the food, and the hospitality!

Owner yelled at me for not being able to eat or drink if i didn’t pay because i walked out and back in and thought i was a new person.

We're in the middle of a pandemic and everyone touches the same utensils to serve each other. There's one store in Deerfield, Florida where the manager or employee actually serves the customer what they want to avoid the spread of covid.

I’m from Oklahoma. Just out here working. I wish the Cici’s back home was as good as this one. There’s a reason why this place has 4.4 stars. Manager was awesome. Made sure everyone had everything they needed. Had all the good stuff out. BBQ, spinach, buffalo, pepperoni w/ jalapeños. Best experience I’ve had at a Cici’s.
