Cicis Pizza, Orlando FL

I visited this Cici's last week with family not only was I greeted very friendly by martzy (not sure how to spell her name) but the buffet was cleaned down to perfection. The pizzas were endless, better than any other cici's I have been to. 10/10 would recommend. My kids love this place

The best! I go there for 21 years. This people are incredible. Very clean, very professional. I saw their kids growing working with their dad and mom. I was there yesterday with my husband (I was in coma couldn't go there for a year) and when I saw the kids yesterday I felt like grandma at home. One of the best restaurant in Orlando. Recommend +. Great food! Lots of it! Want something they don't have out? Request! Ask a team member, and they'll get it made for you! Great presentation and quality. Super yummy! Nice people. See kids playing the arcade games in the back all the time, so good spot for teens. You'll definitely leave full happy and not worried about how you spent your money. My family loves this place! Kids under 3 eat free!

My family and I arrived at this place. I do not recommend it. There was not a single thing that he liked, the very thin pizzas and the sweets, which I love raw. The quality has dropped a lot. A pure disappointment.

The dining is comforting to be in unlike other cicis in Florida, the staff is super nice, and the food is good. The one thing I’m very concerned on which is why I’m giving a 2 star as this is the one issue I don’t take lightly… why is NO ONE wearing gloves? As I am sitting here, I see them working with the pizza with no gloves at all so they make the pizza, then they’re cutting the pizza, they then are putting out eating dishes with the same hands, putting new pizza out, touching the handles so many other people are touching, touching everything else, then working with the food again. I even watched one of the girls cutting the pizza, the pizza slid off onto the counter and she put the pizza back on the pan to serve to everyone else. I feel like everything about no gloves is highly unsanitary and disgusting as so many germs are being passed around without knowledge if someone isn’t paying attention to what’s happening.please fix this. It’s disgusting and I’m sure this goes against health code

All very good. But as a suggestion, the manager or person in charge called the attention of a girl where the pizzas are, because I come to work in jeans and it's not the uniform, she can hear that it was already the 2nd time, and other things, it's okay to call her the attention to the staff for non-compliance with the uniform, which I don't think is that she does it with the clients in front of her, she should have taken her to a more private place and only talked to her, not in the presence of clients or her co-workers. That was today, June 24, approximately 12 noon!

Everything else is excellent!

The girl at the register was super friendly her name was Marintzy, she was sweet young girl! The pizza was great! The macaroni pizza is my kids favorite, those cinnamon rolls perfect for that sweet tooth!

Chad was awesome. I found out later he’s the owner. We come here for a lot of children’s birthdays all the time and always a blast. Perfect place for family between food and little arcade plenty for the kids to enjoy. My only complaint would maybe be if you’re playing in arcade you can’t combined game cards at prize stand. If I had known that I would have just put all my money on one card instead of getting each child one. Had 8 kids play and 2 couldn’t get any prizes because I couldn’t combine my cards. Broke my daughter’s heart.

You know what you get when you're coming to CiCi's if you're a stoner you're in heaven if you're an older person you're there for your kids to have fun or your grandkids to have fun I always recommend half macaroni and cheese pizza half white trust me you'll love it

If you've lived here most of your life like I have, you know Cicis got a place in your heart. It's a family friendly buffet where you simply always leave satisfied. And not just your belly.your pockets too and of course plenty of fun games and arcades for everyone.

Now the food quality is okay, just wish it'd be fresher but overall I have very few complaints. This place rovks and my kids love it

Seems like the arcade’s really this places’ selling point. I’ve only been here once and it was enough to not really want to return just because it seemed like the staff couldn’t keep up with demand. Food wasn’t prepared fast enough with barely any traffic. Once they master the art of keeping their tables with an assortment of different foods it’ll change the overall experience.

Victoria and the manager/owner were extremely rude, when ordering they began adding drinks and additions onto my bill that I never ordered and when I asked them to take them off they gave me attitude and continued to give me dirty looks for not spending more money than my meal. The owner and victoria then began pacing around my table, not allowing me to eat in peace. This cicis only had half the buffet out, the food wasn’t horrible quality but when I asked about more options they gave me attitude and refused to. When I asked for one of the managers names a different person (the owner) confronted me and got angry for asking for a managers name and became aggresive, they then sat at the table next to me and stayed the whole time i ate, i believe they were trying to intimidate me, I leaved shortly after however i would never return here.

I am vegan and had trouble finding options for me in the area and thought I'd try Cicis. Although they don't have any specifically designated vegan options, Victoria was absolutely welcoming and accommodating. She went out of her way to find options and customize a pizza just for me. She really made my experience and deserves the recognition for her exceptionally kind service. Thanks Victoria!

Been going to this cici's for over 15 years and up until my last visit always been great. The owner was the pizza maker that day had a pizza made unfortunately not made with all the correct toppings as on previous visits. I asked if a fresh pizza was being made which was but was directed to pizza under the warmer and I said it was barely warm for this pizza was under this warmer for at least 45 minutes, time to trash it? But remained there even after the pizza cold comment.

Rude, unprofessional, and I am never coming back again! Once their toilet overflowed, the smell filled the entire restaurant, not a pleasing smell to have while eating. Came back to give it another try and they were very rude the entire time.

I would like to applaud the service given at this location Victoria was so kind and welcoming, 100/100.
Something that caught my eye is that a gentleman who seemed to be in a homelessness situation, he had all of his belongings on him, they allowed him to come in and get a buffet as well, that speaks a LOT about the people who work at this location, as many wouldn’t even let a homeless person get service, eat inside, sometimes not even be outside of a store. Admirable for that

Love the manager, Jose, and his crew. Very clean and well-run operation. Unlike many buffets, they always keep the wide selection of pizzas, salads, and desserts well stocked. Will definitely be back!

Atmosphere. One game was deafeningly loud. Otherwise, nice place. We were there 40 minutes before they put out fresh pasta, my go to. I finally asked for cheese pizza because my kid ate ten pieces of cheese bread waiting for pizza. When they did put it out it was bum rushed by everyone. He got one piece, had to wait again and then only got one piece again. Last time we went they charged me three adults instead of two adults and a kid. He's bigger than me, but he's a kid. Plus they charged me an extra drink. The guy refused to fix either issue. But, this is my youngest's favorite place, and he eats a lot!
