HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cigar Stud Events is the best in the biz! I hired them for Rolling Loud festival in Miami this year at two separate activation areas, and all around our experience was fantastic. From the pricing, to communication, management, and then onsite service- everything was an elevated experience and exactly what we we were looking for! The aesthetic CSE brings is also a huge vibe, they provided not only a professional, on theme dressed cigar roller, but also decor that added to the experience of each activation. Cigar rollers are engaging, and create a unique tailored experience for each guest. They provided an organized onsite management for the activations, who took the time to give us feedback, photos and videos which they shared with us- this was incredibly helpful for our internal team! We will definitely be using Cigar Stud Events again!

We hired cigar rolling services from Cigar Stud Events for my husband’s Havana Nights theme 40th birthday party & it was worth every penny! The cigar roller was very professional, rolled 25 cigars over a 2 hour period, they provide cutting services and cedar sticks to light it. We used Cigar Stud at my son’s wedding at the Event Space 1111 Lincoln Road - super professional a nice set up and a very special touch for our guest. They were a pleasure to work with.

It really pains me to have to write a bad review about a fellow vendor. I'm a wedding planner and hired Cigar Stud for a wedding on January 2nd. To start, two men showed up on the day of the event with the bare minimum. We set them up at a table under a light but my clients did not receive what they were promised. They went with the highest package and paid extra for custom cigar labels. When I noticed the cigar labels were not there I called Walter right away and he told me there was nothing he could do about it. Furthermore, there was no display, no cigar sign, only 4 pre rolled cigars, no matches (guests had to keep asking them to light it for them), scraps from the cigars were all over the table and there was no real set up. As a planner I was mortified because I was the one who recommended their company. Since the wedding I have reached out to Walter 3 times requesting a refund for the custom cigar labels my client paid for and they went ghost. I have yet to hear back from anyone. As a business owner this is so disheartening. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them handle this the right way but I feel that I have to leave a review to warn others.
