Cinderella's Royal Table reviews
18Booked a month before, and it was hard to find a table, so I might recommend to book 2 months in advance, food was perfect but I must recognize that the mousse is really dense and hard to swallow
For starters, I am a huge fan of Be Our Guest’s dining experience that I never really gave CRT a chance. I know the popularity and allure it has and the difficulty in getting reservations for dining, but tonight I celebrated my birthday here for dinner instead of Be Our Guest as usual and I am glad I did. The food was tasty, Atmosphere beautiful, but honestly our server Nabil really deserves the biggest shout out. As a server myself at another Disney location I am blown away by his kindness, generosity, and attentiveness. His steps of service were incredible and his manicuring of our table was nothing but spotless. I want to thank Nabil for making my birthday and experience at CRT an experience to remember. Will definitely be dining here again and asking for Nabil. Thank you! Leah & Josh Rock
We visited for breakfast prior to the return of character dining, and it was a magical experience for my princess loving preschooler. We met Cinderella on the way up for our reservation. It was disappointing that there was not a photo pass photographer for that meet and greet. Our server was attentive, the food was good.
Great atmosphere and great food especially the beef entree. We had great views of Magic Kingdom and the fireworks from inside the castle. Our waitress was a great photo taker for my proposal at the window seat. Made for an unforgettable experience.
Service was great, JR was the best waiter I've had in a long time. The food was good and the experience was worth it.
This is by far the most popular restaurant inside Magic Kingdom. Very hard to find reservations, better you get them in month in advance. The meals are super expensive, but it worth the experience of dining inside a castle and getting to see a princess in person.
We managed to find a spot for breakfast. The check-in process is easy. On your way up, you get a photo session with Cinderella. The actress is very friendly and does the best impression of the character.
Once we were at the dining floor, it was pretty underwhelming. The whole place is packed like a fish market. The servers do wear castle costumes. Kids get some welcome gifts. They also served a complementary bakery plate that got pancakes, strawberries, croissants and donuts.
The breakfast menu is small but decent. We got the Benedict and beef sirloin with egg. They are very flexible and allow customizing the order to your liking. To my surprise, the food was actually really good. Loved the beef sirloin. All in all we had a wonderful breakfast at the castle.
During our visit, there were no characters coming to the floor, as Disney had them scheduled to start a month later. That was little but of bummer. I think the restaurant should add in little bit more castle/Cinderella related experiences for guests to enjoy during the dine-in time, especially for the price they are paying.
What an absolute disgrace that this place, which requires payment and reservations 2 months in advance, would cancel a reservation on a child’s birthday. With no warning, by the way, that there was a fireworks show which made it nearly impossible to walk through the crowd quickly. Canceled after 5 minutes. Would absolutely never give this place a dime.
I was very impressed with this dining option. It's a bit pricey, but I have to say the atmosphere of being in Cinderella's Castle is huge. The steak that I had was great and the kids loved it. The chance to take a picture with Cinderella in a not rushed setting is a nice bonus as is the free sword or wand that comes with the kids meal. Would definitely recommend if you can manage to get a reservation!
They truly made our last night there magical. Service was impeccable and everyone was more than understanding of our situation. They made sure we had seats to see the fireworks. I rate the food was a 3 since I was not a fan of the pasta or salad I ordered. For the service and treatment I was provided, I would go back.
I honestly don't really think it's worth it. Very beautiful environment but the service was not that great. As you walk into the castle you are welcomed by Cinderella & you get a chance to speak to her. Unfortunately they do not have professional photos taken with ur kiddo & Cinderella, the attendant said we have to use our phones. After moving on from Cinderella you are lost your not sure if you should walk up the stairs or take the elevator due to the attendant not telling you where to go.
Food:
I had the steamed mussels overall good but the broth was terribly salty makeing it hard to eat.
Pork tenderloin for the entree was delicious & soft but I felt like the plate was missing something, that wow factor.
Chocolate mouse cake for dessert was overly rich & sweet, I am a big chocolate lover I eat a lot of German cakes but this mouse thing was too much I was only able to eat half.
We loved Cinderella's Royal Table! Service and meal were top-notch. Our party had the mussels appetizer, beef tenderloin, and chocolate mousse with hazelnut gelato. All we're fabulous. I highly recommend this for an unforgettable experience.
Whimsical fairy tale setting, beautiful dining room, large windows to look out on Disney while you dine, surprisingly impressive food & fantastic service. Magic Kingdom is a “dry park” to where you can only order alcohol at reservation based dining restaurants. This place had wine by the bottle & glass, cocktails & beer. They have a kids menu which has great options. The menu is predominantly carnivore, seafood & dairy. Not vegan or vegetarian focused. They did had 1 plant based entree. The server was really friendly & I believe if you were to ask, the kitchen may be able accommodate a vegan/vegetarian request. Not sure. Otherwise, 100% recommend.
Our Cinderella's Royal Table experience left me wondering why Disney didn't include any magic in this iconic setting. This meal was paid for in advance with the 18% gratuity included, and our server Kayla certainly appeared to know that she did not have to go any further or work any harder to create the polite and welcoming atmosphere for which Disney is known. Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow and without apology. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time and our server was less than present throughout the meal. There was only one princess present and it was a meet and greet after the meal.
Overall, Disney totally missed the beat on this experience.
Booked a few months beforehand. Their hazelnut ice cream hands down probably the best you can get here in the states. So if you go make sure to try it! The greeter was very nice and we only waited in the inside lobby for a minute or 2 before being called up. Server was very nice. Atmosphere is obviously 1 of the best at Disney when it comes to restaurants. You'd be surprised to how secluded this restaurant is. Hard to book it because it's not huge like some others.
Service was not the best but it's super busy with a lot happening. I blame the way it's designed more then the staff.
It's expensive so if your going make sure it's bc you want to meet the princesses. The food looks wonderful but you can get the same quality food at other sit down full service places in Disney. You will get a wishing star and magic wand. That's pretty exiting. Little boys get a sword.
I didnt leave completely full.
So we attended Cinderalla's Royal Table in Jan 2023. Overall the atmosphere is fantastic. Castle is beautiful. Food left much to be desired given the price. Some Corn, Rice and a small cup of Mac & Cheese for kids at $30+ is wild to me. Adult portions were also small given price. Quality of adult meals were exceptional.
Fantastic breakfast food, and the interior castle architecture is a great backdrop to enjoy while dining. The staff certainly go above and beyond. My father couldn't decide between two dishes, so they brought him both.
All in all we enjoyed our dinner and our server was very good.
My only disappointment was the actual table and chairs. If they are charging high dollar then some decent looking tables or table cloths would be nice. I know the place has many guests everyday but our table looked like came from a yard sale.far from what I expected when eating at Cinderella's Royal Table.
But again, the food and service was very good so don't skip going because of my opinion of tables and chairs.
