Pricey food, decent audio and an acceptable image quality. It is a good place if you want to watch calmly a movie but it does not have the "WOW Factor". It is a theater with very comfy seats and a quiet public (mostly because of the prices) but nothing else.

This is the best movie theater in Miami. The seats are incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It's nice to go to the movies and not have to deal with kids being rude and talking or using their phones during the entire movie. The food is nothing to write home about and it's expensive but if you eat somewhere else and have a drink and popcorn at the theater it's a great night.

I would give them a 5 but the fact that they do not allow kids after 6pm but the still show family movies at that time is unacceptable.

I come to this place for the atmosphere. That means, a good movie, food and drinks. And best of all NO KIDS.
Unfortunately, they have this kids before 6. Which is fine, but I went to a movie after 6 specifically to avoid kids and they were allowed in and wouldn't shut up through out the movie. Cinebistro, why do you have to ruin my experience by allowing kids into this movie theater. I loved going because kids weren't allowed. Come on!

Unfriendly to food allergies. I explained my severe anaphylactic dairy allergy to waiter and still got something with dairy in it and 20 minutes into movie was having trouble breathing.

I buy tickets to go see a movie but was not available to take my kid after I purchased the tickets on line.so to get my refund was a mission, I call direct the movie theater and stefany was very helpful she got my information then later I receive a email that my refund was done.it has been a week and still has not received my refund. I pay $83.00
And my refund will be only $76.00 why?

Terrible service, I bought my ticket in Fandango hoping to use my eticket. They don’t have a way to scan the tickets at the podium. There was a long line to validate and retrieve your tickets with the agents at the front counter. On top of that they have two kiosk to scan your e-ticket and print out your tickets to show them to the attendant but both kiosk were down. I asked the agent in the front and she says she going to tell someone. Regardless you have to stand in line to validate your parking ticket so what’s the purpose of buying your ticket online if they still have to issue you a paper ticket.

I was waiting for my girlfriend to turn 21 for us to get this full on experience. Yesterday was my first day at Cinebistro at City Place Doral. I really have no complaints whatsoever regarding service. This cinema or movie theaters is protested as the ultimate eat and dine for adults to experience and let me tell you they are on spot with that they had aimed for. As said before no complaints, service was amazing thanks to Glenn and supports members and quality of food was outstanding

Unorganized Staff. They ID you at the point of the theater entry, they DO NOT ID you at the point of ticket purchase or drink purchase. Leaving your dumbfounded as to why they’d slightly consider to kick you out because you don’t have a state ID. Let me say this again, “KICK YOU OUT” of a movie theater for purchasing a ticket and drinks. IS JUST PLAIN Ridiculous!

This is what watching movies are all about. Full service menu including a bar for those who drink, recliner chairs and dinner table for each chair. Can't wait to go again

Horrible 25 mins at the bar waiting for service just to be told there taking cash only at the bar. Asked for a beer was given a warm glass.

Really bad service.
Movies are scheduled past 9pm but you cannot order food.
Including 18.5% service on top of inflated both food and ticket prices is a shame and just encourages bad service.
Will not go to this site again.
Others have been much better.

Is one of my favorite place to eat and watch the movie.the food is high quality, the service very efficiency

Love coming here its new and clean and the service is great. Im giving 4 stars because last time service wasn't great but I have been here several times and this was the first time that happened so I will let it pass.

First and last time I'll go to this theater. Parking is horrible, there are 2 parking garage in city place, but the theater validates parking only for one of parking garages. There are no signs, that I could see, that informs customers which parking garage is which. When I asked the customer service person about validating the ticket, sorry it's not our garage.

The place looks very fancy, things are clean, well organized, and staff is super friendly and nice. The issues I had were 2:

Some of the seats make an awful noice when reclining them.

The food didn't taste that great, and for the price that was paid for it, there is no excuse. The food that is served to your sit is the attraction of this kind of place, and if the food is bad, you lose the will of coming back to cineBistro.

The attention is super cool, the desert is amazing and the food too but it's expensive but if you go is a nice and different experience

If you don't get here on time you have to wait in line to order food. They don't bring it to you even though the movie hasn't started. The food is bad anyway so just stay away.

Such a lovely experience. Everything is new and clean. Very nice ambiance. Super helpful and friendly staff. The food and drinks were great. The chairs recline and have a foot rest which the Cinebistro in Dolphin Mall doesn't. I throughly enjoyed my time there. One thing to mention is they only validate for 2 hours. You have to be there 30 minutes before show time and most movies will put you over the 2 hour mark so expect to pay for some of the parking time.

Love, love, love coming here. Great drinks made by my favorite bartender, Mike. He's a super awesome dude, makes a mean smoked bourbon. The food is absolutely delicious, try the salmon BLT, it's sooo good. The seats are so comfortable, and best part of all, no kids! I can watch movies in peace and quiet.
