Cinemark Bistro Boca Raton and XD

One of the nicer movie theaters in the area.
With 20 theaters inside they show the latest releases. Clean and comfortable, reclining lounge chairs are in the downstair theaters and The Premier is a balcony with large sofa type seating called loveseats and a moveable arm in the middle. The seats upstairs do not recline but still come with tray tables to hold popcorn and food.

The Bistro upstairs is open to everyone so if you want to get a bite to eat before or after your movie you can. Concession stands are downstairs and there is also a smaller one upstairs. You can order and pay ahead for popcorn and drinks

Great experience. 1st time. I came with my nephew and brother in law. We watched “Ferrari” which was a good movie. The installations are huge and nice. The costumer service was great. The beer options were nice. The seats were really comfortable. I loved it.

The headrests are fabric and strongly reek of years of greasy hair. Seats have the opposite of lumbar support. If you sit in one of the last rows, when you lean back, the bottom of the screen becomes blocked by the railing. Much better theatres are available.

The theater needs an upgrade/renovation. Its location and status need to be more than a place to watch a movie.

Nice theater. Seats are a bit worn. Temperature was comfortable. Not the theater fault but audience was loud and distracting.

Got there few mins before the movie started and all doors were closed. I honestly don’t understand because I’m a hard working mom, my children wanted to see a movie. I work 12 hour shifts everyday and this was the only time I could’ve took them to see it. Please do better. Or atleast give warnings before closing the doors. Thank you!

This movie theater has its ups and downs, it certainly is the closest tô me. I’ve been here lots of times ever since the theater near me got shut. I can’t complain since it does have everything a movie theater should have. Like restaurants, bars, game room, arcade, big parking garage that’s always empty so you can watch sunsets on the second floor, great food (although it’s overpriced and when a new trendy movie comes out the food takes over 40 minutes tô be made) 2 floor theaters and cinema, and chairs that go back! So yeah, definitely recommend if you don’t have an IPIC near you.

Had a wonderful cinema experience, the price waa more than reasonable compared to other similar cinemas and the seating was comfortable.

Balcony seats in the D theater don't recline. For the additional $ I expected a comfortable seat. I had to keep repositioning my buttock to get comfortable during a 2 hour show. They lack adequate padding. UGH!
I also got to experience theater 1. Hooray, seats reclined.
Bring your coats. The AC is set for COLD!

The premier seats were completely filled. There was no popcorn included with the ticket price and no one was working the concession stand upstairs. The lines downstairs for concessions were a literal mob scene. What kind of “premium” ticket is this?

Edit: they staffed the upstairs concessions during the intermission (we were watching a production by the met)

Food is actually pretty good. The burger is big and juicy. The chicken sandwich is also with real breasts.

I have been to this theater an ample of times and ofc it was always great. But for some reason the theater I sat in was very old as in the seats were so literally falling apart. The leather was missing on top of the seats which means all you can see was the cushions. I think they need to renovate those seats because it’s never been like that so it made me a little uncomfortable sitting on a seat like that.

Good family experience. We watched "Migration", had a combo with popcorn, a soda, and candy, and then we enjoyed some games in the arcade.

Since finding it, my fiance and I have gone back to see almost a dozen movies! The love seat balcony seats are the absolute best! They don’t recline, so if you like to put your feet up just grab a front one! Absolutely love this theater!

The movie theater is absolutely five star. We’ve been coming for a few years now, however in reference to the bistro upstairs, the service has always been terrible.

The seats were nice and comfortable, and bathrooms were immaculate. Customer service was great as well, and I will return!
