29I like the siting choices. I could buy my tickets online with a chit # and not have to worry about looking for spot to seat down.
I always enjoy going to this theater better than others in town because most of the staff is nice and they keep their theater clean. You gotta try the DBox seats.
So much for seats being reserved. I walk in to find a woman with, literally, about 10 kids with her. However, she was nice about it, so whatever. Other than that, I like the theater.
Nice place but some customers were ridiculously obnoxious and left an insane mess. Saw another couple get escorted out because they didn't pay for all their tickets.
Went to see the My Hero Academia movie with subtitles. The atmosphere and service at the concessions stand were great. The theatre I viewed it was very clean, the main grip I had is the movie aspect ratio was wrong and for the first 10-15 minutes of the movie we couldn't see any subtitles except why the subs required two lines of text and some instances the character heads were cut off by the top of the screen. At one point, a manager came in apologized for the inconvience and said they were going to restart the movie in full screen and issue everyone with a free movie pass, they did the pass but they couldn't restart the movie due to corporate saying no, and the only adjustment for aspect ratio they did waa lowering the bottom edge to show the subtitles, they did not increase the top to show the full image.
It's a big name movie theater. Everything is overpriced, but the experience is fine. Seats are deece+. It's exactly what you expect from one of these.
Like the theatre and it was not as LOUD as others around town. I chose the lounge chair for comfort because some movies last as long as 2.5 hours. Another note: CLEAN bathroom!
