Went to see sound of freedom, the chair I was in was broken and did not recline. Surrounding area was not cleaned well with candy that was caked onto one of the tables. Service was slow, food was abysmal. I got a voucher ticket because of my seat not working properly from the manager. When I came back to redeem the voucher I was stopped in the hallway halfway before going to the theater because I had a bag on me. The movie attendant wanted to search my bag, I asked why and they stated they needed to see if I had anything in there like food. I did have food because I have various food allergies, specially to GMO popcorn. So the manager and movie attendant decided to kick me out of the theater because I had my own bag of food that I needed due to food allergies. Your policy Discriminates against people with food allergies.

Loved it. We took our comforters because it was a big chilly. Noticed that those around us did the same thing. Otherwise, loved it.

Drove 40 min to this theater because of the seats and food. Did not realize the whole theater was not luxury. Half of this place is a complete dump. Sticky seats dirty floors and carpet. How can you renovate only half the building? Don’t waist your time.

I’m very shocked at how dirty the carpet was in this theater. It looks like carpet from an abandoned building. Also, I only normally go to movie theaters that have the recliner seats because it gets uncomfortable sitting there for a while. When you buy your tickets here it says right on your ticket that you get recliner seats and then they are not actually recliner seats. Had I known this, I would’ve gone somewhere else.

It’s also weird how the movie names that are playing aren’t above any of the doors.but I guess that’s the least of the worries here.

I recommend the dine-in section. Wonderful experience. Luxury, great food and drinks.
A wonderful experience compared to their other side or another regular theater.

Me, my friend and her relative saw the Barbie movie last night and we all loved it. The theater is huge and luxurious, and you place your drinks and food order from the menu at your seat by pushing a button; also, there are side table lamps.

They have two sides of this theatre. One is "luxury" with remote controlled seats and food delivery service. The other side is a regular.

Movie theater was filthy dirty popcorn took 1hour to get. Bathrooms dirty with no paper towels and the sound painfully loud. Never again

Do not waste your time, too many other theatres to choose from. Arrived for movie at start of previews, once we sat down we realized one of the seats was broken, sunken in. Our server told us to tell management and they would offer refund. Once movie was over, spoke with Asst GM who couldn’t process the refund at that point, had to be in first 30 min of movie. Would have been nice if server mentioned that as we sat down at beginning of previews, would have happily went out and done it then had I known. Almost 2 weeks has gone by since and I’m still waiting on refund which I believe they won’t actually give. If I could give zero stars I would.

We enjoyed our visit. Hayden was the young gentleman taking care of us. He was very prompt and answered our questions about the menu honestly. I would give it 5 stars if they had a larger menu.

Very enjoyable place to watch movies. Small theater with a limited group of guests. Very comfortable seating. Great way to see your favorite film.

Spacious comfortable seats, nice lobby, clean restrooms, but be sure to bring a jacket yes even in this south FL movie theater it is freezing cold. The A. C works fantastic, so you can get chilly during a long movie. The staff were very nice and helpful. I enjoy going to this movie theater.

Use to be great but now not so good. Food took over a half hour to get, can’t find anyone in the theatre to help, only 1 girl struggling behind the concession. I use to look forward to driving 45 min to come to this movie theater but not anymore! Gone downhill.

The carpets are worn, torn and beyond filthy with stains and spills. Floor was super sticky by the bar. A bottle of water was $7. Seats in theater do not recline. The movie theater in Stuart is so much nicer so we will not be back.
