The ladies were nice, the cinnamon bun was great, and the music choice/decor was appreciated

Walked up with kids to get cinnamon buns. Only customers in store today at 10am. Lady behind the counter said she was busy working online orders. Waited 10minutes and left said she was slammed with online orders and would be with us shortly. Only wanted to pay for prepackaged cinnamon buns. Poor customer service online takes precedence over in person customers.

Excellent, I hadn't eaten them, I went through some rolls and they seemed excellent, both the food and the service, two wonderful people with an excellent attitude.the point of coral springs, the Maximum, I'll be back without hesitation!

My husband and I loved our cinnamon buns. He got the traditional and I got the cookie one. Icing was delicious. Great product for price. What I was more impressed with was the friendly and enthusiastic staff that greeted us upon entry and explained the menu to us. Very rare to find staff like that these days. Will definitely be returning.

The service is amazing, the options are infinite. We came just for the soft serve, it tasted very good, the cashier was incredibly attentive and nice.

Wonderful cinnamon rolls! And the service was just as good. There were only two people working and even though they had a lot of customers generating a rush for them; They did a tremendous job! Definitely coming back for more.

The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The only bad is they don't have a good coffee. No cappuccino. It's just a regular overheated coffee. So I just recommend to buy for take out.

I called to ask if they have Gluten Free buns, considering they do serve an all vegan menu. The person who answered the phone, at around 1: 30 pm on Saturday 5/28, was rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable on any questions I asked! He told me there is no eggs (duh.) and he told me doesn’t know what gluten is. You work in a bakery, that sells Cinnabons! At the end, after all the rudeness within 5 min, I asked for the name and he hang up on me! When I called back he picked up and hang up again! Unacceptable and just terrible!
The sad part is that I’ve met the new owner and she is a very pleasant woman to talk to, caring and it looks like she is very passionate about her business!
It’s sad that an employee like that, can make the whole business suffer!

The service was terrible 3 people working in there, it was only other people sitting there eating, it took them 5 minutes to take our order, about 15 minutes later after we paid one of the guys comes to our table asking what we ordered because they forgot, 10 minutes after that, the other guy whistles at us few times until I looked at him and it was because our order was ready! HE WHISTLED like I was a dog or something and then a minute later the other guy serves the order to the table to other family that got way later than us. They were so rude so today is may 6th I went there at 8: 30 pm left at 9: 00pm on top of that my order wasn't even made well, we ordered the zebra, it supposed to come with chocolate chips and it didn't come with it.
We couldn't enjoy our cinnamonroll because we were so mad the service was that terrible, I regret I tipped tbh

My husband and I have been in retail/sales/customer service management for over 20 years and CHRISTIAN is the epitome of the type of employee we want! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a huge welcome and a great smile! He asked if it was our first time there and when we told him it was, he made suggestions and offered an alternative option when we asked for an item that was out of stock. Nowadays, it’s hard to find someone in his generation, not on their phone, not making eye contact, not smiling and just being an order taker instead of truly taking care the customers and the business BUT CHRISTIAN was attentive the entire we time we were there…. And we ate there so we were there for a little bit but he was attentive, personable and friendly the whole time and made us excited to return…. Which we did this evening. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there this evening & his energy, smile, product knowledge & outgoing personality was definitely missed. Please multiply Christian!

A must try! The food is amazing with many different options you can pick from. The staff was very helpful and friendly will come back to this location when I have a chance.

Came in close to closing time and the staff were so nice. Junena, Dasia, d’nasia were welcoming and funny. The I got the caramel apple pie and my aunt got the Cookie Monster - we split them and they were delish! Will definitely be coming back.

We love this place! I have to stay away though, I can do some serious cinnamon roll damage.

My first time and I will be back. I initially was going to make my own but decided to go with the signature Very Berry. I really enjoyed the freshness of the Cinnabon and berries. The frosting was a little too much but next time I’ll make sure to ask for less frosting. Overall it was good! Customer service was good. It being my first time I would’ve liked to get more info like customer favorites, their recommendation etc. They offer indoor and outdoor seating which was nice!

Came here for the first time today and Dinajah and Danajah were amazing in helping us pick our order. 10/10 will be back

This place is so awesome and the snacks and treats are even more delicious. Junena was terrific and super helpful. This is definitely a you will frequent!
