As beautiful as the location was, beware if anything goes wrong. They don’t really try to fix it, and will ghost you if you try to pursue a resolution. There was hair on the wall and a clogged drain the first night. They fixed that, but then the hot water went out after one bath and no amount of time refilled the tank. They “fixed” it only for it to go out again, and then no one could come back to fix a third time. Have you tried giving small children cold baths after the beach or pool? Torture. We asked for them to make it right afterward, and they interacted only to then completely ghost me on a resolution. Didn’t even politely refuse my proposal. Highly disappointing service despite the beauty of the location. Pool is amazing, and restaurant staff were great.

Unbelievably beautiful place. We have stayed in both the condos and houses here. We come as often as we can. Beautiful clean quiet private beach. Amazing food at your own clubhouse! Two pools. Two gates to get through so you are very safe. Very close to everything in Palm Coast. A private piece of heaven. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend coming here.
