7I use to live there years ago in one bedroom Only thing.was that I had no exhaust hood over the top of stove had to open windows everywhere to cook other than. That I would move back in the day, I loved it except I didn't have an exsuate over my stove, Everytime I cook I have to open a window
From the moment I stepped foot in this place it was nothing but a great experience. Rosa told me there was going to be something available for august I told her my other lease expires July and I would be homeless. She then said I will have something for you call me in a couple days I did and she had something and moved me in july 1st. Until I ended my lease she has been nothing but understanding and accommodating. I’m thinking of moving back because I’m not liking my current place. But overall I loved living here
I wish this map let me put 0 star, that place is a garbage. Taking money from de tenants. I will contact Changó and will see what's gonna happens
The lady that’s in charge of the apartments to rent the apartments is very rude if I pay rent why can I not sit and have to go inside my house at 5 PM the security guards are completely disrespectful. If anyone is looking to live in these apartments, please wait till they get a new management because it’s Puerto Rican lady is completely out of space rude
At the time, I really needed shelter & they were willing to give me what I needed & I appreciate them for that!
I don't understand why they accuse Mrs. Roxana of being a bad person, she is a lady with character, something different from being bad. He is responsible with his work. And thanks to it the whole place is kept up to date. If you are a bad tenant he will act immediately to make you responsible! If you make annoying noises she will act, if you don't make your payments she will act. Good people do not complain about her good service, on the contrary. Thanks to her and her assistants, everything works well.
