Circle K, Orlando FL

Austin & Wildaris on Lake Underhill & Chickasaw are amazing. Not only do they remember my name, but the also remember what I buy. I will keep coming back for them!

Walked in last night for a BIC lighter and the woman working there at the time asked for ID, explaining that you need to be 18+. She was somehow suggesting that I was going to use it with smoking products. Using simple logic, the law states 21+ for tobacco, so her/this business’s policy is bogus as it is. Why would I bring my ID with me to buy a lighter? Don’t waste your time.

I live close to this Gas Station. I like the coffe machines, there great! But the service from the staff is bad. There was no cream for coffee, and when I ask for more the lady looked at me like I was not there. I left the store. I will never spend another cent in this Gas Station. The administration needs to coach there personnel about Customer Service.

If possible to give less than one star I would. The store manager has a nasty attitude. I went in simply to ask about the free coffee for healthcare worker on my day off and she says to me “only for police and EMT in uniform, ” as she is staring me up and down. I was simply asking so that I know for the next time I work but yet the sign states ANY healthcare worker. Nonetheless, it’s not worth it. I would rather pay for my coffee somewhere else than even give them the time of day.

The cigarettes here are way more expensive than at other Circle K locations. The store is old and run down plus the cashier who checked me out had a major attitude. I won't ever be back!

I went in this Circle K to get gas and was greeted with a very nasty greeting by the ladies behind the counter. This was on 7/19/2019.
Absolutely no reason for the bad attitude. I overheard them speaking in Spanish about a husband being dishonest and I asked for gas on a certain pump and I repeated myself because they kept talking and did not pay any attention to my appearance and I was quickly answered after I repeated myself with a nasty response of “ I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME”, and I excused myself and said I apologize but I thought you didn’t hear me and they once again came out with a nasty response that made me slightly upset but I excused myself again and remained there until she decided to accept my money and waited another 5-6 minutes until she decided to complete my request.
I never had any problems with this Circle K as to I live near by and I always purchase gas and other items at this location but I will look for gas elsewhere.

They steal your coupons, no discount for you! They also frequently staff inadequately, there is often a line.

Prices are not up to date and got over charged 5 days in a row. Manager blames customer for not knowing the price.
