I went here to get gas as this is the only close gas station down here and only one pump worked which is not my fault and the clerk asked my brother what he was doing there (as he had just got done filling up our SUV) so she told him to move b/ c someone else needed the pump. As this was going on I was in the store looking for a bottle of cold water first which I couldn’t find as the coolers were mostly alcohol so I asked about the polar pop which had a mystery flavor which I tried first and spilled out then got ice which as soon as I did that I realized I shouldn’t have and the clerk told me I was so unsanitary I apologized and was looking for an advertised item in the cooler which when I came out the clerk screamed at me to leave the store and ever came back because her boss just called and told her to tell me to l) eave! Which is fine b/c I’m a tourist n I’ll never be there again anyway! Wow is what I have to say I did nothing to deserve that

Good store with lots of inventory. Fountain drinks were good. Service is slow when they have a few people in line to pay. Manager was behind the counter, but not running a cash register.

DO NOT go to this place. I paid for a 100$ gift card and only got 25$ on it. This is unacceptable. It’s very sad because it’s Christmas season and no one should be like this.

I moved to Seista Key 2 years ago. I enjoy the convenience of the restaurants, bars and the quote on quote 24 hour convenience store, which should mean. (24 hrs) The majority of the time the clerk's are enjoyable, efficient and quick witted which I appreciate. My issue is, at 11: PM I ride my bike there ready to purchase my needs.and there's a hand written sign on the door stating " store is closed due to staffing issues. We'll be open at 5 a.m. Please visit our store on Tamiami Trail. I'm sorry, this is not acceptable to me, my family nor my friends for a " 24 hour store". I'll go to 7 Elleven down the road. They're always open and have a pretty darn good big pizza for $7. A not so happy Keyster

At 4: 30 one check out clerk and 15 people in line. Manager was in the office and popped out twice with no help.

I am stop many times for gas but last two times the manager at night time he say the bathroom out at service and ask the second time when at stop for use the bathroom was close again out service, but he tell me where are you live? And he tell me go home to use the bathroom at home because he spend 30 minutes to clean the bathroom.

This seems to be an on going issue. After a long day I searched for a quick bite and drink to only find a note saying they were closed due to staffing issues. If it was the first time I would kindly understand. This posting is the third and last time. I will not visit this location again. My suggestion would be to turn off the lighting and update your 24hr status. Mgt is at fault and should be held accountable.

Gas station attendant this morning 5/18/19 @ 7: 50am was very rude. I wished him a great day, a BETTER day after our interaction. The facility itself seem nice enough, but will likely not come back (mostly because I'm just visiting, but will look for alternatives next visit) after this.

Walked here is they are a 24 hour store only to find a sign on the door saying we will be closed from 11 p.m. To 5 a.m. Due to staffing issues. Thanks guys

I was working at the area and i stop by. Really nice gas station. The cashier was really friendly and she was cute too.

The staff are very friendly but after 6: 00 they have no roller grill items going, very inconvenient as i do not like hot dogs and i work on the key during the evening and stop in for a snack daily on my way in. I understand not wanting to waste but There should at least be a few going if somebody wants something other than a hot dog.especially with the $3.00 deal going. Just my opinion.

My sausage biscuit was hot and tasty. Even better, I left my cell phone and $50 in cash outside. It was found by a helpful employee and held until I could return to claim it. Thanks, folks!

Convenient location. There aren't many places to stop in for a quick bottled drink or snacks, I was happy to find this here.

Staff is great-helpful and the k is great for locals on the key who forget little things late at night.
