Circle K, Sanford FL

Have same cashier constantly behave rudely to me everytime I go in. Was just in and had the cashier snatch my drink outta my hand to ring up then proceeded to insult me when I was trying to pay with cash instead of a card.

The hangout spot for the homeless to beg for money. Poor CS! Very slow service in a high demand area.

The store has gotten a little better in the past year about being stocked with product. A year ago I gave a 1 star.

The station used to be nice but has gone down in quality the last few years. Most of the windshield washing stations don’t have solution or handles. And very rarely does the pumps don’t have receipt paper. The cleanliness of the facility is also not great.

This place is freaking disgusting, after attempting to use the restroom facility, which had feces on the floor and blood splatter on the toilet paper roll, I decided to just grab a snack instead on my way to grab a hotdog that they had no containers, for I realize that the cashier that went into the bathroom after me was now preparing food no gloves, and definitely did not wash your hands. Needless to say, I would not risk my health and eat anything at this please nor use the restroom.

They had one poor lady there working.the line was so long and she was struggling.shame on you circle k.this is not a good area for a man to work alone let alone a lady.she was having a very hard time.she said she was alone and had no help and did not know the register since she came from another store.very bad deal circle k.u guys should be ashamed how you treated this employee.no manager or any employees to be seen.sad.store was kinda dirty also.

Came in for gas and remember my son ask for a drink. I got the picture of it. Start looking for it. And the rude cashier from the transaccion 1013926 ask me what I'm doing. Because she said and I quote. You can't get pictures of the products.if you need something just ask.with attitude and disrespectful

This gas station the only decent was the coffee and now I will take my almost daily business to somewhere else

I have lived in Sanford for 32 years and have been a part of watching it grow and improve. Unfortunately your store does not contribute to that growth and improvement. The grounds are always covered with trash, the receipt paper is empty 7 out of 10 times, the hand sanitizer containers outside are either empty or broken, the trash containers are overflowed with trash. Your associates seem to be more interested in gossiping amongst themselves instead of taking care of the customers or the property. BP gasoline is the only fuel I put into my vehicle and it bothers me to see the condition of this store continue to go down hill. Most of the time I drive to Lake Mary BP to get my gas which I shouldn't have to do. Please try to understand how others see your establishment and put some time and effort into making the necessary improvements to keep our businesses strong and welcoming. Thank you.

During a county Mandated Mask requirement, this store refuses to ask customers to wear a face mask. I was in there this morning. Other than the employee and myself, no one else (8 people) was wearing a mask. We trust that the retailers we spend our money on would have our health a number one priority right now. Shameful

I am only giving one star since I cannot post without doing so, however, I feel giving them one star is giving them too much credit. If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service is terrible. The cashiers are RUDE, clearly uneducated, and have zero knowledge of professionalism. How a manager could have hired an entire team of terrible people is beyond me, and in my opinion, that person, as well as the rest of the staff, needs to be replaced. I have never experienced as poor treatment in any establishment as I have this place. I refuse to go to this store anymore. I will not give my money to a store that allows its customers to be treated in such a way. For drinks/snacks, I go to Walgreens across the street. For gas, I go even farther out of my way and go to Shell, Wawa, or 7-11. If you enjoy rude people, this is your place. If you want to feel welcome, take the time and go the extra mile to another store and stay away from this one all together.

Shelle was the most disrespectful and unprofessional associate we have ever encountered at any Circle K. From the throwing of my items to her attitude towards me as a customer. She greeted us with attitude.

I just passed by this gas station and it's all boarded up and there no gas pumps and the signs are missin. What happen? Oh wait never mind this was for a different gas station

Very friendly, knowledgable staff-Lisa-the manager knew the product and took the time to make sure I got the sale price. Well stocked and very clean. Unlike the 2 stores on Orange ave-they are slow, rude-either tired or drugged or just stupid-you have to kill them with kindness to get even a slight smile and never well stocked, and filthy. I will go the extra miles to fr.ave for good service and price. Thankyou lisa- you made my day!
