Circle K, Jacksonville FL

I’ve been going here for years, but ever since they hired a woman named Denise she is the worst thing that has ever happened to the store I own a business nearby. She has refused to sell me tobacco cigarettes, and I didn’t have proper ID. She has been very disrespectful and confrontational and political And to top it off this Sunday I went in she was eating her lunch and I was trying to get gas and she tells me she’s busy because she’s having her lunch because I’m familiar with her. I did the best thing and walked out they say she’s a good worker that’s great if you can’t fire her, put her in the basement and let her work away from customers, otherwise I will no longer shop or tell any of my employees to come to this gas station

I used to go to this store a lot until they did a big employee change, my wife was spending 35 to 40 every time she went in there, now we don’t even look at that store because of the current employees working there, rude arrogant and if you are white you get treated worse, I’m not racist I’m very up front, I need gas stopped in went inside to pay with cash and was told credit only. TF credit only why? Then the two laughed at me going out of the store. I’m done I’ll take my business to Wawa, I will never darken your doorstep again.

I stopped by this morning to get a fountain drink & snack and Spencer/Pen checked me out and what a pleasant guy, we need more respectful nice people like him. Thank you for being so kind to me today. Made my day! God bless you.

Denise is the worse cashier that’s been working at this location. The attitude and her demeanor is just unpleasant to be around. I don’t even come to this location as often as I used to because of her employment. The cashiers that are currently there or used to work there had a way more enjoyable personality. Her being at this store is really hindering it and in all honesty would thrive better without Denise. As a loyal customer of circle k I have never been this unhappy to have been waited on by a rude and miserable person who is not good at customer service. Hopefully things change without her. More than likely I’m going to have to contact corporate because this has been a repeat offense
Of her poor performance and attitude. Change must come immediately please do better.

I love Circle K on Park St. I'm a very frequent customer by choice. The management staff are Awesome! Cashier's are priceless. Store is Always Clean. I'm seen some Circle K store's that are filthy and I'm afraid to go inside.

Most of the gas pumps were out of order and the receipt printers never have paper.
