Circle K, Panama City Beach FL

I came to add money to my cash app card. The cashier who says his name is Gabe, refused to add money to my card. Saying that his manager Rick would not allow him to do that on this shift. Said that none of the circle Ks were allowed to add cash deposits on the night shift. I then asked him why the other circle k down the mall across the bridge was able to do deposits at night. He then got frustrated and asked me to leave the store before he had to call and have me removed. I asked him why he was so flustered over giving me information so that I could remake a report to cash app and let them know that circle k was not allowing cash deposits at this location at night. I will not be returning to this store.

Miss Beth is the best employee I've ever seen and had the pleasure to deal with at this circle K and I've been living here and shopping here for at least a decade, Maybe two.

Why doesn't this Circle K ever have any frozen coke available at anytime of the day, especially in the morning? LOL, and I get the excuse everytime, that it's recycling, but it's never ready, so is it possible for this issue to be resolved? I have noticed that this location has a lot of one or two star ratings, very poor service.

The guy that works there with the puffy hair is rude and takes alot of breaks and locks the front door so no business can be done for 20 mins at a time. And then closes the lottery machine down b4 9pm cause he is too busy to sell or scan tickets. I don't think circle k owners or ceo would like this behavior at one of the busiest location in panama city beach.

To the owner/manager of this "business" on 09/16/23 I pumped gas outside then went in the store to get a couple canned coffee drinks where the cashier/clerk threatened to call the cops and told me she wouldn't serve me because I didn't wait outside. She literally took the drinks from me and told me to leave! What kind of crummy establishment are you running here? !

In this place they deny access to public toilets, the staff is very rude, the lady I asked to enter the toilet yelled at me that they were closed and that she did not care about my needs! …… bad services

Not only did we give this establishment our business, but then they had our car towed after only an hour of being in the space illegally. Its not ok to use a middle man to steal someone's property if someone is using a parking space to use your establishment.

Tldr: instead of calling the police and filing a report, they called a company to come steal the car and hold it for ransom.

Definitely needs new management the manger Donna racially profile Africa America people. I will be Reporting her to corporate!

Well I was Excited they had such Good Food Choices, scarfing down a peanut butter cookie (which was AWESOME by the way) then I thought. I NEED A DRINK and that's where it all ended. ROACHES IN THE DRINK MACHINE! NOT GOOD! PLEASE FIX! YOU HAVE TO MANY GOOD EDIBLE ITEMS TO HAVE ROACHES and We All know they don't just stay in one area! I WAS MORTIFIED! AND AFTER INHALING THAT COOKIE NOT TO MENTION THE PIZZA I JUST BOUGHT FOR MY FAMILY! THAT WAS THROWN IN THE TRASH, Thank God it was cheap but now days NOTHING IS CHEAP AND MONEY IS HARD TO KEEP! I hated seeing this I do hope it GOES AWAY! GREAT PRICES EVEN GREATER People but them little brown diseases can Ruin IT ALL!

The people were super nice and cool, my cousin and grandmother stopped and went in, bought a few scratch tickets and l played them. The store was clean and stocked, and the gas pumps looked clean and tidy too. Everything was pretty cool here, I'd recommend for a quick stop or to stay for a bit to play on lottery tickets. My cousin won $36 in scratch offs so I guess with a lucky thumb and a penny you'll do pretty good.

The store is never open in the middle of the night website still says open 24 hours cashiers sitting outside will watch you walk to the door only to find out that it’s locked! None of the cashiers know how to run the registers when they are open, it’s nasty filthy and disgusting. Needs new management, employees, and Update website with the hours that you are open
