I always go to this place to get gas and shop and today he didn't like how I was treated regarding my language. Blessings
I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and the customer service has always been good, but as of recently the service is bad, no food is out, bathrooms are filthy.
Circle K has rewards if you sign up for their app that can give you $0.25 off a gallon up to five times up to five free drinks Polar Pops and when you buy any Polar Pop you can receive bags of chips gummy bears etc for a dollar you do not need to be signed up for their Sip and save Rewards however the lady in front of me allowed the individual which was of Latino descent to use his rewards to get that discount and when I tried to use my phone number she tries to add the Sip and Save which is not a requirement to sign up for the Circle K rewards to prevent me from using my discount trying to make me pay more money which is a scam or a theft so I then proceeded to collect the button on the keypad which says alternate ID typing in my phone number
Very nasty costumer service by the two young ladies today Sunday from the cashier, I’m always come here for more than 10 years and this is going to be my last time, also bathrooms are very dirty and nasty and floors of the store. Very nasty service not trying to help costumer…. Also half of the pomp to get gasoline aren’t working with a yellow bag… everyone is moving to 7eleven, to add the other day I was on the line to pay and a homeless guy that always be there asking for money took a bunch of beers without pay out of the door…and one of the ladies I told her that the guy walked out with beers said is nothing that she can…. She did walk to the door and looked outside but not even called police or nothing just keep working….
