Giana the manager has disgusting customer service skills. Told her I had a problem with their Sip n Save always not working. She went off that if was their system and not her issue. Went off on me that I was coming for her when she was the one coming for me. She said it only charged you $1.27. Are you worried about $1.27? Well obviously she was worried about the $1.27! I was upset that I paid a monthly fee and NOW being charged $1.27 on top of that. I bet she won’t last long there or any job for that matter. Issue still wasn’t resolved. She is a Nasty miserable person!

Been coming to this Circle K for 20 years and first time I’ve encountered a nasty employee

I’ve lived in clermont since 1994. Not long ago this gas station was full of great people…kind, respectful, good customer service. Just really nice. One of those great people was promoted to district manager, several new employees were hired and now the place is full of rude staff. There’s only one employee of this location who treats customers like humans. Everyone else I’ve encountered has a bad attitude, especially the manager who speaks to customers in a very condescending manner in my personal experience of multiple instances. I used to drive the extra mile or two and bought there most every day. Now I drive out of my way just to avoid this place just to avoid the hassle. It’s amazing to me how fast an establishment can get run down by a bunch of bad employees. As a business owner myself, it honestly saddens me to see this happening, yet gives me a good heads up on what types of people to avoid hiring at all cost a few disrespectful employees will run a business into the ground faster than anything!

Clerk is always outside smoking cigarettes in front of customers at this location
