2 I showed the guy a Vuse Device and said I need the " pods" for this.
As he was getting them, I stepped to the left and asked for lottery tickets. I was in a hurry to catch the Votean bus to go to work, so I didn't pay attention and grabbed everything on the counter.
I realized it was a pack of Juul pods, and not the Vuse pods that I showed, and asked for.
I returned the next day, as I work from 12: 30 - 9 p.m, , and was very polite to him and explained that there was a misunderstanding in what he gave me.
His response was " I cannot give you a refund or exchange " I calmly reminded him that I showed him exactly what I needed, and it was his mistake.
He wasn't having any of it!
I showed him the box wasn't opened, and that I wasn't trying to start any trouble, but I could not use the Juul pods in my Vuse Device.
He still wasn't having it.
So, I was thinking that he would just give me a Juul device for the Juul pods, and I would be on my way. NOPE, had to buy that for $12, plus the $18 he charged for the pods the day before.
So. $30 I kinda got screwed out of, and it will be the last penny I ever spend in that store.
The owner HAS to be THE RUDEST Indian I have EVER met!
BE AWARE OF THIS ASSHAT!
The gas is also $. 40 MORE than most places in the area.
Should have been a CLUE that he was crooked!
