They still sell gas, it's dirty also has water in it, cost me $300 + time, most his prices are wrong and he changes prices back & forth as he wishes, 1 to 5 homeless begging outside (few seem to actually live there), Potentially a dealer or 3 outside. He does have a decent camera set up but that's more for his protection then yours.

It's an walk in walk out store. Not many people come in their. A great place to shop without many crowds of people.
