I want to highlight your predisposition and service of both the girls and the entire branch
It is the best branch in Florida

Bad service and bad customer service at this branch. The online dating service does not work well. In the branch the wait is endless. The employees are very relaxed. Catherine very arrogant, does not give respectful answers. Quite the opposite happens Right in front at the BofA that attends wonderfully.

Citigold customer here tor several years. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE at this branch. If you go there to speak to manager, they tell you have to make an appointment. On Citibank website this branch is not even listed, so how can I make an appointment? And when I call Citigold over the phone they tell me there is nothing they can do! I am an infinite terrible customer service loop!

Oscar is very friendly and greets all his regular clients by name before you even step up to the counter. Its rare to find people like that who make an otherwise mundane task such as going to the bank a pleasant experience.

Bad customer service. I am a Citi client for 15 years. I went to this branch to open a new account and they asked me to come back with certain documents. I went back one month later, when they informed me that I needed an appointment. So I made an appointment to meet with Catherine one week after that at 10am. I was there on the day of at 9: 50am, I waited for Catherine to arrive at the bank until 10: 27am, she never showed up. I had to leave because I had another meeting scheduled. No respect for a client’s time, and no apologies from Catherine.
