Citi Trends, St. Petersburg FL

I shop at Citi Trends quite often I like to Window Shop and my son love shopping there just about every week

None of the employees looked like they were actually working at all.you can't find any sizes that are supposed to be in the right place there's trash all over the floor clothes on the floor clothes scattered throughout the whole entire store looks like everybody is getting paid to do nothing. ITS A GHETTO STORE. PERIOD.

The ladies that was there were not professional, the cashier was talking about customers that visit the store while I was checking out, she said some pretty nasty things, you have to remember that the customer is always right, even though you maybe right at times, we have to take the high or low at times as workers choose your battle. The Spanish looking one not to sound prejudice but she was the one mostly that was not professional and when one of the coworker call her out to stop she said she does not care 11/18/18 at around 5: 30pm. The AC needs fixing. It was very hot in there always.

Used to be such a great place for many years when the manager David was there but now since he have left it is a disaster I will no longer be shopping at the Citi Trend once I pick up my last layaway next week the assistant manager or whoever's in training now she puts the layaway is back before time money is missing gift cards were giving that I didn't receive but they say it was given to me so we're waiting to see what loss prevention says because I have no need to steal I keep money only if they look at how much money I have spent over the years in that store let alone a week anyways the new store manager has an attitude and its best I don't do business anymore because they don't know how to treat people and my thing is you want respect you give respect and I'm not scared to check anyone especially when I'm spending my money which and return helps you have a job nothing's in order reached out to the district she said I would hear from the store manager which I didn't so I had to go back in and bring up the conversation again it's just a disaster let the truth be told I really dislike the store now that the old store manager is gone and they will soon be losing other workers that's been there for a while some people get a position and take it to the extreme to the point where they drive off good service and that's exactly what they have done with me I'm over it!
