- Absolutely love the atmosphere, the shopping experience, and the Store manager Mrs. Michelle. Upon entering I was greeted promptly and she made my shopping experience amazing. She took the time out of her day to completely style me from head to heel for my wedding trip. Knowing that she runs the place makes me come and spends more money each and every time. Her spirit is amazing.

Used to be better, cleaner and neater and more plus sizes and good sales. Not sure what is going on with purchasing but all the sizes are tiny weeny. Even the 1x and 2x are like a size 9. The supercute stuff has disappeared and it's hard to find like items in various sizes or rockin styles like they use to carry.
Thanks for trying and I hope Christmas apparel looks better and there are some plus girls and guy stuff to buy!

Quality matches prices. Good variety. They watch you as if they expect you to be a thief.makes shopping a bit uncomfortable, but I guess they have a reason for doing it.

I enjoyed my shopping experience with Citi Trends, they have a nice selection of clothes at reasonable prices.

They are inforcing a mask mandate illegally in the state of Florida and I am calling corporate tomorrow.

Such cute clothes and shoes and also a big variety of accessories and very reasonably priced.

I was disappointed because last time I was here this store was neat and clean but it was a mess. I felt like I was at the one where I live. Clothes every where shoes everywhere. I guess all the good stuff was gone.

The woman who appears to be manager was on it. The line was long with people having arms full of merchandise and she was quick. They also cheerfully greet you as soon as you walk in.

One of my top places for my style of clothes. Always friendly & cool staff with good selections.

Nice looking clothes and shoes. No nasty smell when you walk in. Everything is priced nicely, not too expensive even for us watching our pennies. Give this place a try and see for yourself.
